His Cup Of Coffee

Chapter One

- Is this everything? The cashier asks me while putting everything that i bought in a bag.

-Yes, thank you! I gave her the money for everything i bought while picking up the bag.

-Bye! 

I got out of the store and started looking for my red mini one car in the parking lot. Once i found it i opened the door fast and entered the car. I was out for no more than 3 minutes and i was already freezing. January was one of my least favorite month of the year, it is really cold like december but december had Christmas, and i love Christmas so i had to endure it but in january nothing good happens. Even the snow melted leaving behind tons of water and dirt. Thank God this month is almost finished .

I started the driving out of the parking lot making my way to my small, but cozy, apartment. The streets of New York were suspiciously quiet even for 9 o'clock at night, but who knows.

After 15 minutes i finally got to my apartment. I picked up my bag of groceries and excited the car locking it. I walked for a little bit before i got to my apartment building door and pulled it open. I got inside closing it behind me.

- Hello miss Reynolds! Do you need help with that? The concierge asked me, looking to the bag that i had in my right hand.

-No ,thank you Mario, I'm okay. I said to him while smiling.   What did I say to you about calling me miss Reynolds? 

-Oh, yes. I'm Sorry Alex. He smiled at me while scratching the back of his head.

-It's okay. I'll see you tomorrow. Good night! I waved at him  while waiting for the elevator.

-Good night! He said, while doing the same.

When the elevator appeared and the doors opened i entered it and  pushed button 6. I couldn't wait  to arrive to my apartment so i could get in my fluffy pajamas and have a cup of hot chocolate. Once i got to my floor, i took the keys out of my pocket and opened my old red apartment door. As i stepped in, i realized that i've left the heat on and  I was so happy that i'm not going to freeze till my apartment gets hot , at least i made one good decision in this life.

I went to my kitchen and got everything out of the bag and putting some of the food in the fridge and the rest in the cupboard. After that I went to my bedroom and took all my clothes off, then looked for  my towel so i could go and have a well deserved shower. Once i found it i entered the bathroom opened the hot water tap from the bath tub. I let it fill for a few minutes and throw inside it a lush bath bomb. When it filled to the top, i stoped the water and opened the file music from my phone, choosing my "having a bath" playlist. I put the phone down next to the sink and got inside the bath tub. The water was so hot that i could feel myself burning, but i loved it like that.

-And oh we started two hearts in one home , It's hard when we argue we're both stubborn I know, but oh.... I sang along to Harry Styles ' Sweet creature' song , it was one of my favorites from his album.

That's how i spent 45 minutes in the bath, singing the songs to my favorites artists and having fun with all the bubbles form the bath bomb. I decided to go out from the water because i started to look like i raisin and i want to sleep so i could get up tomorrow morning for work.

I wrapped myself in the towel while watching all the water drain from the tub, and got out of the bathroom going in my room. I opened the pajamas drawer and got out the fluffy one that my mom bought me for Christmas last year. I took the towel off putting it on the bathroom door, and got in my pajamas fast so i wouldn't get cold. I placed my phone on the night stand, inserting the charger in, so i would have battery tomorrow. I lifted the blanket from my bed and got in. As soon as i laid the blanket on me and found a good position to sleep i could feel myself drift away in the world of dreams.
