As I sat quietly fiddling with my bleeding fingers, my legs stuck together with sweat. Uncomfortably sat as if the world was glaring at me, I squirmed in shame. My eyes searched for a place to settle. Landing on the young man sat safely in front of me. Surprisingly, for the situation we were both in, he was amazingly calm. His handsome yet cruel face intimidated everyone who looked at it. Slicked back black hair contrasted greatly against his snow white skin. Piercing blue eyes with evil shining through, glanced up at the mirror. Seeing me staring, he flashed me his sinister grin.
The bulge of a gun in pant pockets made me dizzy. A cold shiver ran down my back as I finally realized what I was about to experience. The world passed by as a blur as we sped through the silent streets. Deep in my mind, I wondered how things would have been if I'd forever stayed that simple young child before life became clouded with chaos. I tried to take my mind off the evil that was to come. I smiled gently at the thought of my joyful childhood, but the smile didn't quite meet my eyes as I had the evil in the back of my mind.
The car arrived at the destination and quickly I realized that it would all be over soon. The car park was dark and gloomy. The lights from the car didn't bother to even try to light the area but let it remain unclear. My heart pounded, as I looked for a place to escape from the deadly fate that awaited me. Fear overcrowded my mind until I felt like I may fall faint from the pain. Steel, black, heavy, the object that possessed death himself arose. The metal was icy against my skin, making my headache. Breathing on my neck, the hairs standing up, goosebumps arising, breath hitched, I felt the presence of him near me.
"Are you scared?"
A question that circled my mind all the time, the answer not yet obvious. What was about to happen was a life and death situation. The fear was pulling deep and I could only hope I could escape the hands of fate. My fingers twitched in fear at the wind howling. Growing distant from reality, my imagination ran wild and I could imagine myself escaping this dreadful moment.
"No"
Gritting my teeth knowing this was all just a simple lie made up by a stupid girl. My hair a ragged mess matching my scarred and dirty skin. Clothes shredded and decorated with blood from all the gaping wounds made across my body. The blonde in my hair slowly running out as the red roots protruded, threatening the blonde's existence. Eyes, sparkling from the tears dangerously close to spilling my true emotions I masked so carefully. Quivering, my lips wanted to let out a sob, however, I resisted the temptation.
The suspense rose as death decided to approach me with open arms. The meta digging in harder, cutting my skin. Crimson blood already spewing out without even the pull of the trigger. Stuck on the spot, my legs shivered ready to drop, my heart dropping and shattering into pieces. My flesh and bones ached with the frostbite that had already consumed them. My ears pink from the blasts of wind. The trigger clicked into the place, the sound ringing out into the deepest corners.
"Is this how you really want it to end?"
"Bring it"
I braced for the impact. The knockback from the energy of the gun. The echoing sounds. The blood. The pain. Everything.
The explosion blew me back. Blood and brains spread out across the car park. The still noise ringing out. The gun discarded across the floor, blood coating me from head to toe. Any last twitches in muscles were long gone as those precious final seconds had passed. Last breaths done. Body lifeless and bleeding out of every drop of blood.
Slowly, I stood up looked over the body and saw it, my work. My job was done and done well. The act was up and I'd be able to live a carefree normal life. Finally, I smiled this time it reached my eyes. Gleaming in the now shining moonlight my eyes didn't tear up. I was free. Nobody would be looking for me.
Nobody would suspect the missing girl.
A/N: this was for my narrative story twist for English :)
