Kuchiske Onna(slit-mouthed woman) is a japanese urban legend about a woman multilated by her husband, and returns as a malicious spirit.
Rumors of alleged sightings began spreading in 1979 around the Nagasaki Prefecture, it spread out throughout Japan.There are even reports of schools allowing children to go home only in groups, escorted by teachers for safety.

According to the Legend, she covers her mouth with a surgical mask, a fan, or a scarf.
The woman will ask potentially to the victim "Am I pretty?" If he or she answers no, she will stab them, but if the victim answers yes, she will remove her mask and ask him or her "how about now?" if the victim answers no, she will kill him or her but if the victim answers yes, she will slice the victim's mouth ear to ear so that the victim resembles her.
To avoid this fate, several people claimed that they gave her confusing answer like "you are average" or "so-so", you can also avoid her by throwing a candy at her and you have a chance to escape.
