Steps ( there's only two, it's that easy!)
1. Start:
A lot of people are scared to create an oc because it might be bad or someone else's is better. This is not the case there is no such thing just like humans there is always room for improvement. Don't be scared I don't care if your a beginner or anything get experience soon.
2.Create:
Some people begin with writing about their character and some begin by drawing them. Either works and honestly those no weight just depends on the person and why they're making their OC. Do whatever you feel is right
