Dimitri leaves rose (oneshot)

Tashas coming

It's been a week after the cabin and things where great, since the attack where I almost lost him, dimitri and I spent almost all of our spear time together.

Today was Friday which also meant karaoke night , which lissa I'd demanding I sing, I had only ever sung in front of her but I'm not that nervous. For the last week classes have been canceled due to students visiting worried parents, speaking of parents, my mother has stayed here since the attack to help with the guardian numbers.

They have had SO many meetings lately tying to replenish the numbers and that is where Dimitri and all the guardians are now, while I sit here is lissa's room pretending to listen to whatever she way talking about.

"Rose? ROSE! EARTH TO ROSE" Lissa said raising her voice.

"Ya?" I said dreamily. But I still wasn't really paying

"DONUTS!" she shouted. now THAT got my attention.

"What? where?"

She just sat there with a smug grin.

"Not nice liss"

"Oh well, now are you listening yet?" she questioned

"Yeah yeah, what are you so exited about ?"

"Tasha coming to visit ! isn't that great?"

"Oh goodie " I had nothing against tasha , you know other than trying to steel Ma man and offering him kids and a wife. yup totally fine ..not.

"What's wrong rose?" she said obviously worried.

"Nothing"

"Don't you like Tasha, Rose?"

"I do, but , she's just so perky .I know she's Christians aunt and all but man! can she be annoying" I said not telling the full truth but the truth none the less.

"Yeah I guess." She said a little bummed out.

"So any way when's she coming ?" trying to sound a little cheerful.

"Oh , um ...what's the time?"

"Um about 3.15?"

" Great! we have to meet her on the landing strip In 15 min!"

"Okay let me oh get ready" I said pointing to my pj pants that said 'badass' across my ass.

She laughed and said to meet her at the cafe in 10 min.

As I walked pass the guardian hall I saw the meeting had come to an end and decided to wait for Dimitri

I waited about 5min before I saw him come out . he saw me and smiled his rare smiles that still send a shiver down my spine .

He walked over to me and made sure no one was looking and have me a quick peck on the lips.

'Mmm hey beautiful ' he said with his Russian accent coming through.

'Hey comrade' I replied and grinned my best man-eater smile.

'What are you up to?' he asked

' I just came from lissa's to get ready but then I saw you'

He looked me up and down then started to laugh

'Nice outfit roza ' he said with a hint of sarcasm.

'Haha very funny, come on we need to get ready" I said pulling him towards my room

"get ready for what?" curiosity gleaming in his eyes

"Tashas coming and her plane lands in like.. 5min" I replied

"What's she coming for?"

" I'm not sure, to visit her nephew I guess"
