~~Sam's POV~~
I pull away from the hug, and securely intertwined our fingers. She didnt pull away, instead she held tight too.
"Where are we going?" She asks gently.
"The meadows?" I asked her. It's a big patch of land. Barely anybody goes there, but there's a beautiful tree located in the centre. The field overlooks the city Scape.
"That would be nice," she said barley in a whisper. She sounds so beautiful, and you can just hear the smile in her voice.
And yes, we did just leave Chad. He can help himself.
~~
We where sitting under the tree. I felt happy. The first time in a while. Actually, genuinely happy. We're still holding hands. she leaned her head gently on my shoulder. Heaven or what? Her hair is so soft and silky, tickling my neck. Her hands are so smooth and warm.
The sun slowly descended behind the horizon. The clouds became coated with vibrant orange. Emily's eyes sparkled. I brought her hand up and placed a gentle kiss.
"I fucking love you.." I muttered, closing my eyes.
"Love you too" she smiled, letting go of my hand and snuggling into me.
Fucking hell this is the best day if my life.
"Where are we going to go?" She asked, worry in her voice.
"What do you mean?" I replied.
"I can't go home, my 'father' will kill me. And I don't want you going back there."
"Going to have to go home eventually" I sighed.
"Maybe I could sneak you in my room?" She suggested. What does she mean by that?
"And what do you mean by that?" I said with a little smirk.
"No I don't mean that!" She shouted, I burst out laughing.
"Aw, you sure about that?" I asked. She slapped my arm.
"Discussing!" She yelled in an accent, i can't stop laughing.
"Okay okay, I'm sorry," I respond, wrapping my arms around her waist.
"Yeah you better be," she laughed, leaning into me.
"But seriously, my dad works nights, and my mum doesn't come in my room, so wanna stay the night?" She asked.
"Can never say no," I said, burying my head into the crook of her neck.
"Should we go soon?" She suggested.
"Yep," I simply said, standing up.
"Okay then?" She replied. Before she could even stand up I picked her up bridal style.
"What the fuck Sam put me down!" She screamed.
"Oh hell no," I chuckled.
"Your gonna drop me!" She giggled. That's rude!
"Hey! Don't you trust me?" I replied, falsing the hurt.
"It's not that, I just know how clumsy you are," she tightened her grip around my neck.
"Dropping you is the last thing is do," I said with a smile. She seemed to relax, placing her head on my shoulder
"I know where you live," I state.
"What the fuck?!" She says looking up at me. "How?"
"You don't need to know that," I smile. She simply shakes her head. She's not even weirded out by it, that's the funny part.
~~
Walking round the corner of her block. And yes I'm still carrying her. She's told me countless times to put her down. Never.
"Oh my god neither of them are home! That's awesome," she smiled.
"How do you know?" I asked. I am confusion.
"Neither of their cars are in the driveway, meaning they won't be home for possible a phew days too," she explained.
"Interesting," I smirked.
"No." She simply said.
"How did you know what I was thinking?" I asked her. Why did I even ask?
"I know you Sammy, I'm not stupid" I just laughed. Yeah, she really does know me. I really wouldn't do anything though. Nothing that she's not up for or against, I never want to make her uncomfortable.
She manages to push the door open, me still holding her.
"You can put me down now," she suggested.
"Nah," I said, walking inside. I kick the door closed. I proceed to the living room, when I try to out her down on the sofa. She decides to drag me down with her.
Now we are on the sofa. She still hasn't let go and this is kinda awkward.
"Um I can't move," I laughed.
"Good," she says. She managed to flip us over so she was now laying on top of me. She then snuggled into me.
"I'm going to sleep now," she muttered.
Best way to fall asleep, ever.
