After I left my home I stowed away on a ship that was heading to Oum now's where but as long as I wasn't with them then I didn't care.
Timeskip
The boat was loading into the docks so I took my chance to slip out before anyone knew I was there.
When I was far enough away I wrapped my tail around my waist to hide it them I went to someone to ask where I was.
(Y/N): Excuse me sir. Where am I?
Man: Your in Patch young man.
(Y/N): Thanks
After that I walked away to look for a place to stay but i couldn't find anywhere so I just decided to walk around and find someplace to sleep for at least for the night.
As I was walking around it started to get dark so I just laid down next to a building and slept for the night.
Timeskip
(Just saying all this is happening a few years after Yang tried to find he mother)
Yang pov
We we're in town and me and Ruby decided to walk around town when I spotted a bit curled up in a ball crying
Yang: Hey you ok?
As soon as I said that he turned around to us and I could see fangs and a tail that looks like a snake was raised for some reason.
???: Stay back.
He said like he was about to cry again.
Yang: It's ok we won't hurt you.
He then slowly put his tail down.
Yang: Are you ok? And are you a faunus?
???: Yeah I'm a faunus and no I'm not ok. I was abused by my family.
Yang: Oh I'm sorry.
I put my hand on his shoulder and I can see that he is upset. But before I could ask.
Ruby: Hey what were you doing with your tail?
(Y/N): Well I am a rattlesnake faunus. Western diamondback to be exact and my so called 'family' cut it off.
Ruby: Oh sorry.
(Y/N): It's ok I just won't be the same without it but I'll survive some how.
Yang: Well do you have anywhere else to go.
(Y/N): No.
I then turned and walked away to find dad and tell him to come over to where we were.
Timeskip cuz me to lazy
(Y/N) pov
After they introduced me to their dad, learning their names, and telling them I was a faunus and they didn't hate me for that but not telling what happened to me they brought me to their home and we sat in their kitchen but not before their dog Zwei who was a puppy at the time jumped onto me and and started licking me.
Tai: So what were you doing out there?
(Y/N): Well my family abused me and just to tell you know I am a rattlesnake faunus.
Tai: Then where is your rattle?
I just pointed to the knifes on the counter and he put 2 and 2 together
Tai: Oh I'm sorry to hear that.
(Y/N): It's ok I'll learn to live with it. Well it's getting dark out I better get going.
I was walking towards the door when he came over and stood in front of the door.
Tai: How about you stay here for the night.
(Y/N): You sure?
Tai: Yes.
He then called down Ruby and Yang and told them what I was staying the night and they both squealed in excitement before dragging me up the stairs and to their room.
Yang: Since you'll be staying where are you going to sleep.
(Y/N): I can stay on the floor.
Yang: Nope! You will be sleeping with me tonight.
Before I could argue she grabbed me and threw me onto her bed.
(Y/N): How strong is this girl?!
Since it was late at the time she laid down beside me and threw and arm over me and pulled me closer. I would have pushed her away but she was so warm and I was cold blooded so I instantly curled up next to her laying my tail on her.
Timeskip to a few days before the dust store incident
I have stayed with the Yang, Ruby, and dad for a few years and they adopted me. I've learned that Ruby was obsessed with weapons and Yang doesn't like her hair being touched. A few broken bones later I realized that but she apologized after and I forgave her.
I've gone to Signal with them and I'm in the same grade with Ruby. For my weapon I was replaced my rattle with a mini gun similar in shape and I can make it rattle when I want to. I can also poor dust inside of the barrels of the gun to add some fire power. I have amazing accuracy and can hit something with out looking straight down me gun.
Along with many other faunus people would bully me for being a faunus and would pull on my tail which ended in me biting them and injecting some venom in luckily the nurse was given some anti-venom in case that would happen.
During those years u have developed an extreme fear of nevermore's because I was attacked by one when I accidentally walked to far into the woods one day.
