author's note: this is an idea that hit me in the middle of the night as i was about to fall asleep and i absolutely couldn't get it out of my head, to the point where i had to get out of bed and start it.
i'm having much more fun with this and seem to have more momentum than i have with anything i've tried to write in quite a while. it's kind of a mess; i have a lot of storyline ideas and it's going to be a little all over the place, but it's supposed to feel very real- life (with a good amount of drama, of course...).
