"It has been 3 months in the Fayz and food is almost gone, I am so hungry!" Tessa thought,"I am on sams team but I don't get along with him and Astrid well....."she thought smiling to herself. She was walking past the gardening store and walks in."I wonder if anyone has tried to grow food?"thought Tessa. The store was untouched everything but the fudge jar on the counter.Tessa went to the seeds . There were carrots, beans, watermelon, pumpkin and many other kinds there was even wheat seeds.Tessa grabs the pumpkin ones.She feels a tingly sensation up her arm, the bag starts to shake."What the hell!"screams Tessa outloud.The bag bursts and the seeds fall except the one lands on her hand . She feels the the tingly sensation again.The seed starts growing on her hand.
About two minutes later she is holding a full grown pumpkin. "What?!"says Tessa shaking her head."I need to do that again to make sure !"thought Tessa picking up the carrot seeds.She puts one on her hand.The sensation comes back, a giant carrot about a thick as her arm and as long appeared after about a minute of growing."I need to tell Sam."thought Tessa rolling her eyes. "I can't believe it I can grow stuff! I'm a moof!"she says enthusiastically grabbing the seeds and walking out the door . She passes a dying tree . She stops and points at the tree and says outloud,"Grow!"and the tree grew taller, thicker and leaves started to grow. "Awesome!"she yelled and started walking to the town hall."Excuse me can I have some of that carrot?"asked a girl of about seven, she had another little girl with her."Yes you can each have one each!"she says taking a seed and growing it."Here!,but eat it in secret you don't want it taken from you."she cautioned them.They stared in awe.
"She just made food come out of her hand!"the little girls thought."Thank you miss!"they said and ran off.
"Edilido! I need to talk to sam it is important!"she says as she is walking up the town hall steps.
"Whatever it is it can wait, Sam is sleeping"says Edilido blocking the way."I don't care, plus I don't think he is, if I was him I wouldn't be."she says pushing past him.He let her go in.
"Edilido, whoever it is tell them I am busy",says Sam as she opens the door.Sam was lying on the couch with his eyes closed.
"I can see you are very busy Mr mayor. "says Tessa sarcastically as she walked through the door. He turns around with his hands up ready to vaporise."Oh it's you! "says Sam confused."Tessa?....no powers, known for her secrecy and her mysterious ness around her.She says she was visiting her parents when the Fayz happened,"thought Sam."I have a power now! "she says smiling and twirling her black tangled hair slowly circling him."Ummm...uh what is it?",he asked stammering. She moved closer, her lips almost to his ear, her hands rested on his shoulder."Let me show you."she screamed smiling."What the hell just happened!"he thought running his fingers through his hair, clearing his head. She took a seed and put it on her hand.
The sensation came. Thirty seconds later a apple had grown on her hand.Sam stared at the apple in her hand.She noticed him looking at it.She passed it between her hands and slowly bit into it and started to chew slowly."Here!"she throws it at him laughing."So you can grow food?"asked Sam."Yes I can."she said draping herself on the couch. "So you will be able to solve the food crisis? "says Sam enthusiastically.
"Yes probably!"says Tessa with serious face."I need to think, how are we going to do this.....Edilido!!!!..........,"Edilido opened the door," I need Astrid to come here!",he says to a panting Edilido. "Yes Sam."he says staring at Tessa wondering what is going on. "Well is there anything else Edilido?"asks Sam . Edilido looked like he wanted to say something,
"Nothing"he said and left. Tessa is on the couch with Sam, with awkward silence.Sam noticed Tessa's black strap top was lifted a little, showing a black thorned rose tattoo on her hip."When did you get that?" he asked still staring at it."Last year my 14th birthday party"she answers standing up giving him a better view by lifting her top a bit more, then Astrid,Skye and Edilido walk in to see sam staring at Tessa with her top halfway up her stomach.She slowly pulls down her top smirking at Astrid.Sam looked ashamed while Astrids eyes bored into sams face with jealousy and hurt. "Astrid! I....."says sam trying to explain.
"Shut up I don't want to hear some story ,why did you call me here? To stare at you staring at Tessa!"yelled Astrid."And you! Edilido told me on the way here about you!"she says pointing at Tessa.
"Astrid...Astrid poor naive Astrid I would never take another girls boyfriend, I may flirt but never take what doesn't belong to me and sam is as innocent as a puppy, he won't ever try anything with me or any other girl so don't worry your busy little calculus brain about that!"says Tessa in a condescending way."Edilido what did you say about me?"says Tessa with a smiling face."That you were here alone with Sam."says Edilido with nervous face. "Sam can I talk to you outside?"says Edilido staring at Tessa then Sam nervously. "Ok..ay."Sam replies confused and walks to the door."Stay away from her man she is...not what she seems!",whispers Edilido frantically. "You are not making this easy...we need her to grow more food.I can't just ignore her powers."replies Sam calmly. "You don't understand she may look all that and maybe she isn't all bad but I do know we can't trust her and not to underestimate her ok! Please Sam! Listen to me on this."says Edilido.
"?....Okay.... you will keep an eye on her,"he says smiling at him."Sam! Dude please don't do this!",Edilido says with an anxious face."You seem immune to her ......yeah so you will be perfect for the job!"says Sam smiling at Edilido. "I am immune? to what exactly Sam?"questions Edilido with a frown.
"To her....I guess to her charm, body? I dont know??"says sam looking at Edilido's angry face."Hold on are you saying I am gay?",says Edilido embarrassed but angry."Woah! hold on I am just saying you can hold your ground around girls."says Sam trying to calm him down."Will you please do this for me Edilido? Please I have enough to worry about?"asks Sam.
Edilido shuffled around. He sighed."Fine! but Quinn is helping me on this." "Yeah, sure, anything " muttered Sam.
Skye walked in."Hey Tessa!"she says. Skye stared at Astrid who was glaring at Tessa. "You do know that staring at me for a long time wont make me dissapear, it kinda goes against everything in physics, you should know Astrid."said Tessa with a smirk. Skye saw a flash of fury in Astrid's eyes."I know that, who do you think you are, taking Sam away from me?" she growled." Woah, hold on I was only trying to make a new friend."aays Tessa smiling innocently.Astrid clenched her fists and gritted her teeth. "You know I dont like you much."Astrid muttered. "Of course you dont. I make you feel inferior."say Tessa smiling.
There was a sudden rush of wind and suddenly Brianna was standing next to Astrid."Hey, you're Tessa. Right? I heard so much about you!" she exclaimed.Astrid took in a deep breath,sighed and turned to face brianna."You."she said through clenched teeth."Get out! You're supposed to be watching the lake! What would happen if Drake showed up huh?"says Astrid. "Err... Drake's under control,you know that right?" said Brianna. She turned to skye. "Right?" she urged. skye smiled."Yeah!".Sam walked into the room."Hey what's happening here?" he said feeling the tension in the room."We were just having a civil conversation. " said Tessa.She got up, looked at Astrid, and walked out.
