For me, it was crazy because I have never been someone's role model before. Growing up with him always by me side we were like brothers, friends, and we knew we were going to be with each other till the day we die. We just had some special connection with each other, we tried not to show it as much in front of the other members.
Because we didn't want to make everyone believe there was something going on with us. It was 2014 when we actually started to express our affection for each other. Whether hat was on camera or on Vlive, many of Army loved our "relationship" And others didn't. So rumors were spread and finally we came out in 2015 when we were making our Love Yourself Her' Album. The final ship name came out Taekook or Vkook. The more that people strayed to realize we were dating was when everything started to turn out of hands. My manager called me one day and was like, "Taehyung you have to put a pause on whatever this is"
I responded immediately, " Sorry sir, I just got carried away"
He replied back, "It's alright but for now you need to keep somewhat of a distance from Jungkook when you're on camera, you here me? "
"Yes, Sir"
So for most of our album, I've done just that keeping a distance from Jungkook in pictures, videos, and furthermore. Yes, I admit it was torture for me to not be close to him and not show the Amis our love as well. Recent, now and my manger has let me be more comfortable with Jungkook in videos, pictures, performances, ect.
