he is trying to find a serial killer named kira by working with the mafia. he's also trying to beat his rival, near. he hates people who are better than him and he has always felt like that with near. now that l, a very good detective who was working on the case, is dead, him and near are his possible successors. unfortunately, near is most likely going to be the successor, so he leaves to find kira on his own. and he's not afraid to get his hands dirty.
