As I looked at lee's skill in shock I made sure once more it was correct.
"The Gates- Lv 3 A technique that forcefully opens up gates within the body to temporarily create a stronger one. Thanks to becoming a skill it slowly gets rid of the burden each stage causes. Mastery can get rid of the death penalty when used. With a Gamer's help the skill can evolve into the Mystical Gates, then Supreme Gates, Demi Gates and so on. Currently only has first gate unlocked. Most strains from first stage are still present."
As I stared at the skill I started becoming a bit jealous. I wish I had the skill considering all the praise it had as one. But then it hit me further. This meant that Ichiraku had a skill for making ramen no wonder it was so heaven defying. This also gave me a want to put all the others who had skills and get it listed in one book.
Maybe if I requested from the Hokage if he could let me check every person's powers with a "New" one of my own. Then every person with a skill I would know. Wait what about that other kid with Lee. I noticed on his plate that he had a bloodline section. To realized my goal of what I just realized I rushed off towards the Hokage's building accidentally leaving all the others behind in wonderment. "Did we say something Lee asked his sensei."
"I don't think so Lee maybe he just forgot something and he'll be back." As the Hokage was sitting down in his chair reading Icha Icha paradise he turned around only to get kicked in the face by a panting Naruto who just jumped through his opened window. "Good morning Naruto are you just here to drop on by or are you just kicking up trouble." (Not ashamed at the pun.)
When I heard what he said I dropped onto the floor and froze on the spot wondering if the Hokage had always been a man of puns. Sighing I stood back up and walked in front of the man I called Grandfather. Hey Jiji can I ask for a favor I asked completely ignoring his previous comments hoping not to destroy the bit of sanity I had left.
"Certainly my boy as long as it isn't to excessive." Hearing the go ahead I smiled. Well you see Jiji I created another new justu I call Observe. Hearing this the man wondered just how many justus would the boy would make before he reached Jonin.
Anyways I ended would you allow me to use it on every citizen to see if they have this thing called a Skill.
The old man paused as he realized he had been lost in thought over the past ten minutes ignoring his grandson. Then the man opened his eyes as what he did catch at the end hit him. Use the justu on every Konoha citizen.
On guard a bit but not to much considering all the good he had brought recently he nodded his head slowly. "I can allow you to use this justu on them as long as you let me watch the first few uses of the justu. Is there anyone's that you want to use it on and what do you mean by skills."
Nodding my head I signaled that it was alright to let him watch the process before I started to talk about what a skill was. You see Jiji a skill is a special ability that can be born within a person. It is similar to a KekaiGenkai as it can be inherited partially yet only at its base power. It needs to be trained to reach greater heights. Skills can be a justu that a person was unnaturally good in. They can also be a body composition that is unnaturally aligned towards certain justus as well.
I know a kid named Lee that has a body composition aligned towards the Gates. Do you understand yet. Because other than justus certain people can have a blessing fixed towards a certain type of food. Certain people are better at naturally making them. There is possibly other things considered skills but I haven't run across them yet but I therorise that blacksmiths or other people who make different things could possibly have a skill for it.
Taking in all that he had learned he made a decision that would change how the world ran permanently. "OK Naruto lets use your justu to check the people out."
