Sometimes I like to think that I'm a bad writer,
But deep down I know I am good.
Just like how I think I'm a bad girlfriend sometimes,
But every day you tell me it couldn't be further from the truth.
However,
I am unable to buy you the things you deserve,
I tease you about all the little things that you take all too formally,
I don't feel I put enough effort in but every day you tell me I am wrong and most of my stresses simply
Do.
Not.
Matter.
But just as the moon I will change I will do better every day just as I have for the past year.
I will get better and better as the years go on until finally, I will live up to all I want to be for you
We went from a joyful December to a somber January to an unhappy march to the best January I've ever had
you improve me
You make me smile ear to ear every day
I am beyond ready for another year.
