Okay, so, who would make the first move? I'd say, probably X. Even though X is less mature, Four might have trouble expressing his emotions towards X because of how childlike X is. This move would probably be a somewhat shy confession or making more physical contact, because that's usually how less mature people make what could be considered a move. If it was Four, well, I admit I'm not super sure. I assume kind of an awkward confession maybe? Four can be unpredictable, so, it's hard to say. The writers for BFB probably know.

It would probably be what you might consider a "bipolar" relationship. You're hot, then you're cold. You're 'yes', than you're no. (Yes, Katy Perry, I know.)

Now, *ahem*, sexually, this might be a difficult relationship. Once again, because of X's childlike nature. For both of them, expressing, *sigh*, sexual feelings might be difficult.

This relationship might even be a bit abusive because Four hurts X sometimes, often without remorse, both physically and emotionally.
Examples:
It's heavily implied that Four cut off X's leg. He did get it reattached, so, that's better, but still.
He made X cry twice and didn't really care.

Four might also be a little cold towards X in this relationship.
