Sia's POV

"Sia...Sia...wake up. It's 9 o clock. Come on...get up dear."
"Mumma....2 more minutes please."
"Ok. But get up fast, and come down. I am preparing your favourite breakfast, cheese cutlets with hot chocolate."

My mom sure knows how to make up my mood.
I stood up from the bed, wore my slippers and went to the bathroom to do my morning chores. My eyes were swollen and had dark circles under them as I see myself in the mirror. These days sleep is far away from my eyes because of those nightmares and due to it I always look very tired and exhausted and I think it's also due to those medicines I have been taking since 3 months.

I wore my blue short kurti with white jeans and came to the kitchen where mumma was making breakfast.

"Hi mumma!" I backhugged her and gave a kiss on her cheek.
She too wished me and caressed my cheeks.
Then I went and sat on the dining table. Dad and Karthik were already seated there.
I wished them and took my usual seat besides Karthik and started taking to him about his studies and guitar classes.
Mumma came and started serving the breakfast.
"Sia, today's session has been cancelled sweety, Dr. Mehra has an important meeting, so he called yesterday and informed me" dad told me while sipping his tea.
"Ok dad" I replied

Dr. Mehra is a psychologist and I am under his treatment since 3 months.
I am suffering from depression since the day I woke up from my comatose stage.

Yes!... it's true, I was in coma and that too for almost 2 years.
My parents told me that I met with an accident,  and due to the deep head wound that I got, I went into coma.
But frankly speaking, I don't remember anything about the accident or how I got into one because the last thing that I remember is we were travelling to Manali for the summer holidays.
"Ohhh...oh god...my head is hurting like hell ."
I murmured.
"Sia, you are again thinking about it na...
How many times I have to tell you, don't stress your mind dear, everything will be alright soon." Mom came to me and soothed me while massaging my head.

Every time I think about the accident, coma, the dream... my head starts spinning and aching.
My parents and Karthik have been too supporting in these months to me. They take care of each and everything about me.....my medicines, the psychology sessions, hospital follow ups, my diet...absolutely everything that I can think of.
Karthik too is behaving like a older brother now a days. Pampering me and also scolding me when I ignore my medicines or my diet.

"What are you thinking beta?" Dad asked while breaking my thoughts.
"Nothing dad, just how my life changed in a matter of time that I don't even remember." I said gloomily. Then a tear slipped from my eye and rolled over my cheek.
Dad came and hugged me tightly and patted my back, then mom and Karthik also joined him.
"We all are with you di." Said Karthik and kissed me on my forehead.
