"Yes, your Majesty?" Jin asked King Namjoon as he was summoned
"Jin, I'm concerned about Y/N, have you noticed she's been acting strange lately?" King Namjoon asked Jin as he took a gulp
"Daydreaming, singing to herself. You haven't noticed?" The king asked as Jin looked around nervously
"Jin" The king called out to him as he looked at him nervously
"Yes?" Jin asked frightened
"I know you've been keeping something from me" Namjoon accused as Jin scoffed unconvincingly

"I tried to stop her, sir. She wouldn't listen. I told her to stay away from humans" Jin blurted out
"Humans!? What about humans!?" Namjoon asked in a loud tone as Jin jumped
"Humans? Who said anything about humans?" Jin asked laughing nervously as Namjoon grabbed him and they ran off to find Y/N

"Father!" Y/N gasped as she was found in her trove filled with human objects
"Is it true you rescued a human from drowning?" Namjoon demanded an answer as she glared at Jin
"Daddy, I had to" Y/N said looking down
"Contact between the human world and the mer-world is forbidden. Everyone knows that!" Namjoon shouted as Y/N stood up for herself
"He would have died" She defended
"One less human to worry about" Namjoon muttered with hatred
"You don't even know him." Y/N tried to reason, she didn't even know him
"Know him? They're all the same! Spineless, savage, harpooning, fish-eaters, incapable of any feeling!" Namjoon yelled at her daughter
"Father, I like him! I want to get to know him" Y/N said as Taehyung and Jin gasped
"Y/N stop!" Jin tried to help her
"Have you lost your senses completely? He's a human, you're a mermaid!" Namjoon yelled louder than before
"I don't care!" Y/N yelled
