Mike's POV

I walk away, with Dustin trailing behind me.
"What the hell, dude?" Dustin grumbles, catching up to me.
"What do you mean...?" I stick my hands in my pockets.
"Why're you being so mean to Will? We thought you'd like him."
"Well, you thought wrong. Now, leave me alone." I push past a confused Dustin, shaking my head.
"Come on, Mike! Tell me!" He throws his arms up in defeat.
Dustin breaths in deeply, calming himself, and makes a run for the location I'm walking in.
"MIKE! WHAT'S YOUR PROBLEM WITH WILL?!" He screams.
"I don't have a problem." I shrug.
"Uh, yes you do. What the hell are you lying about?"
"Nothing. I just don't want another party member."
"What are you afraid of? Eleven liking Will?" He jokes, nudging my arm.
"Other way around."
"Wait, what? You're scared that Will's gonna steal your girl?" He says, sarcastically, stopping me from walking.
"I'm scared she's going to steal my man."
Dustin stares at me, in complete and utter shock.
"You're joking, right?" Dustin says, not moving.
"I don't know, am I?" I roll my eyes.
"What the fresh hell are you talking about, Mike?"
"I-I-I think I like Will, or whatever his name is." I say, looking down.
"So, wait. You're bisexual?" He sits down on the grass patch.
"Not exactly. I'm just gay. That's all, I guess."
"Wait. What about Eleven?" Dustin groans.
"I guess I have to tell her."
"Before you do, are you sure that you're gay?" Dustin questions.
"Yep. Straight as a circle." I let a smile escape.
"Woah, thanks for telling me, first, man." He smiles with me.
"I didn't have a choice; you were bugging me, Dustin." I laugh.
"What about the others? When will they know?"
"Well, I'm definitely not telling Max." I say standing up.
"Of course." He follows behind me.
"I don't know when I'm going to tell everyone. Give me some time." I pat him on the shoulder.
"Can I tell them?" He smiles.
"No. Absolutely not." I yell, running to the school doors. "I'm gonna be late!"
I continue running, and grab my bag, which was lying on the pavement off of the floor.
I throw it over my shoulder, only to take it off moments later and hang it on a hook.
"Mike?" A girl beside me says.
"Oh, hey, El." I smile. Trying to end the conversation as fast as possible.
"How was your summer?" She says, clenching on to her bag.
"Good, and you can hang that, you know." I laugh, dryly.
"Thank you." She watched me take it from her hand.
"You know, I'm glad you confronted me, right now." I said.
"'Confronted'?" She tilts her head.
"Talked to me, I guess."
"Oh. Why?"
"Because, I have to tell you something. Something important. Really important."
