This Is A Love Story: Different Perspective

Flashback

My name is Joshua, and I probably have a lot of complicated feelings. I have a crush on a certain girl, and I don't know what happened. Let's back up just a little bit.

As I walked up to Teleford University for high school, I think I saw the love of my life.
She was perfect, she was smart, beautiful, kind, but not mine, so I wanted to make a move.

I just don't know what move.

As I entered the gates of the high school campus, I saw my best friend, Hugo, who was sitting by the gates. He had his own business to deal with as he tried to solve a puzzle. I went towards him.

"What's that?" I said, which surprised him. "Whoa, hey Josh," he replied focusing back to his puzzle. "No warm welcome or something?" I told him. "You know what I'm doing." He was odd that way, focusing what was on hand.

The bell rang and we both went to the rooms.

Again. The girl who I saw, in the same room with me. It was a coincidence my brain thought. Then the teacher came to the front.

"Hello everyone, My name is Mr. Aldrin. I'll be your teacher for the rest of this year." He said. Silence filled the room. "Of course, the people around you would also be with for the rest of the of the year. Let's go meet each other."

Many people came and introduced. I liked this guy.

"Hi, my name is Frost, and my attitude is contradictory to my name. I think of epic comebacks, and burn people." He said. " Really, you don't seem worthy of burning people." Said a student.

"OMG, where is it?" He said. He looked around the classroom, under tables, over chairs.
The guy who challenged him got concerned and said. "Where's what?"

"Where I asked for your opinion."

"OHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!" Said the entire class. Some played "Turn down for what."

The girl went up.
"Hi, my name is Yssa, and I feel welcome to be here." My heart pounded, seeing an angel in front of me. "It feels like yesterday when I had to leave grade school." She went back to her seat.

I saw Hugo sitting at the canteen at lunch. He didn't seem to be eating anything so I went there. "So what's up?" I said as I sat down.

"Spill it, you have a crush don't you?" He said. That surprised me, how he knew about a crush or something, but what surprised me even knew about me having crushes. He caught me just by looking at me. 

"What makes you think that?" I said, blushing. "Your tone, and btw you were looking at Yssa the whole time,"
"I was?"
"Yeah Josh, yeah."

Well it's just great being caught by my best friend. It was just fantastic.
"Hey, if it makes you feel better, I won't tell anyone." He said. Good to know I have a friend that I can trust.

The bell rang, and we both proceeded to our classroom.

As class started we ended up doing pre-tests and some stuff really boring, until, Mr. Aldrin gave us a certain topic I still have complex feelings about.

"Now please write a code name for yourself, and we'll have to guess each other. We will be using these names for a future activity." He said. I wrote Hunter, cause, why not?

He placed it in a pot then shuffled it up, and we began.
Hugo's turn was up and he got "Frosty Snowman that Burns".

"I wonder who this is," he said, sarcastically . Frost was chuckling at the back. "Frost Comon." "You got me," he conceded.

Yssa's turn came up then something happened. She got a piece of paper.
"Hunter. Who could this be." She said. "Joshua."

"How did you know?" I yelled. "Well you kept on saying, "Not Hunter, not Hunter." She said. Dang she is smart. "Well, my turns up."

I took a piece of paper from the paper. It read, "Mrs Yes-o".

I didn't know who it was, and all of the girls. "That's me." I heard a a voice behind me. I turned around to see Yssa.

"What?" I said. What a coincidence, I get hers and she gets mine, crap. "Well this is something more than a romance." Hugo said. I punched his arm. All of our classmates teased. "That's enough class." Mr. Aldrin said. "Now, 50 more tests!"

"WHAT!" The entire class roared. "Just kidding." Mr said.
