Unforgettable Memories

One true love

She laughed,
The sound was music to my ears
She blushed as fingers glided through her cheeks
With those rosy cheeks, she even puts the setting sun behind her to shame
She is undoubtedly the most beautiful and precious woman in my life.

As fingers intertwined, it brings the same homely feeling. Heart knows it have found it’s home. Standing with her, there’s no need to worry, you know you found the answer for your quest, you have found your one true love.

But it wasn't  my fingers which intertwined, it was not me who made her laugh

My view was blocked all of a sudden.
He took her delicate hand in his, the same way I would have held them. He said something to her which made her laugh. Their laughs were in perfect sync, so was ours.
With these images in front of me brought many memories both lovely and painful.

There wasn’t a chance for me. She believed what she saw, but never found the truth behind it. For her I’ll always be the man who killed her dad. Apologies were out of picture, she didn’t even wanted to see my face.

Everytime she stands with him, when he wraps his hand around her , when he makes her laugh, when he gaze her like she’s the most important person in his life, I wish it was me not him.
I wish she gave me one more chance. I wish she believes my side of the story.

But I don’t hate her. Not even a single bit.

She’s happy, that’s  all I need to know.
I’ll always care for her from afar, I’ll always be her protector hiding in shadows, I’ll always be her secret admirer
For me there was not a single second spend without loving her, there was not a single dream without her in it.
For me she was my first, she’ll be my last too.
        For me she was is and will be my one true love
