the 2nd day of school wouldn't be as great the first day of school would it?
i started to pack and heard bash call "breakfast" "Coming" i yelled back smiling i went downstairs to see bash and Mary eating i grabbed two apples and went of saying my goodbyes and walked to school Avonlea prep was close enough to walk to. i saw a familiar head of red hair i knew it was Anne's hair i ran up to hr ignoring Diana. "i think you're hair's more a flame than... you know the word" i told her blushing she smiled blushing too we kept talking not knowing Diana was recording every single moment we shared we finally got to school. we said our good byes and went our separate ways the last few classes were easy but i was excited to see Anne at history class she sat next to me all the time cause i was the only familiar face there. i'm still wondering why was she soo quiet yesterday. was she sad did some thing happen "see you at lunch" i said while she was walking towards Diana i couldn't stop thinking about why she was so quiet yesterday was something happening that she couldn't talk about was there something she wanted to say does she hate me again these questions kept flooding into my head and i didn't notice i was staring at her and she was staring at me we both blushed
a/n i moved lunch after history then study hall then home time okay.
Anne's P.O.V
what was he thinking about why was he staring i went home after Diana did and did my home work before using my phone and then opened Diana's text.
Diana: anne why was gilbert staring at you and ruby's having a party for her 17th birthday
You: dunno and yes i'm coming
Diana: great see you there.
Diana left.
ughh i can't stop thinking about Gilbert why was he staring i groaned in my pillow ten minutes later i was getting ready i decided to go with my usual. green long sleeve shirt,skinny jean pants,a scarf and brown boots,hair down.i walked outside after i said goodbye to mathew and marilla. i was walking to Di's house and saw brown hair gilbert was he waiting for me or diana i got so distracted that i bumped right into him. he smirked i hate that smirk its like he wants something but doesn't "headed to the party" i nodded and walked away to Diana's house lucky me he followed me "what do want gil" i asked sighing "i wanted to ask why you're so quiet these days or more specifically around me" he said blushing i didn't know what to say. i opened my mouth only to say "you care about me huh." he nodded and we both blushed not knowing Diana was creeping up to us "well looky looky here. what's going on" she asked smirking "NOTHING" we said at the same time "you sure" she said smirking even more "YES" we said at the same time again. " when do think you'll stop.
Gilbert's P.O.V
something just came to me i looked at anne and leaned in she was to busy thinking she didn't notice me until I KISSED Her. diana kept smirking anne was blushing then i asked "so what did you get for ruby" Anne said "a story book about herself" Diana said " a picture of her" i forgot i had nothing anne saw this "we can help you find a gift gilbert a bouquet of roses."
