Chapter 22: T-Shirt Song

Lydia POV 

"Josh" I said as I saw the vacant look in his eye. "Josh look at me, focus" I said but he stayed completely still the sword in his hand dripping blood onto the floor. He was staring, not even blinking and me and Boyd were slowly creeping out of the room so we could avoid the sword that just killed his best friend. 

"Lydia run" said Boyd and I did as he slammed the door shut as quickly as possible before we both ran out of the room and outside where we saw Scott holding a flare. "Shit" Boyd said and I nodded as we ran down quickly enough to hear what Stiles was saying. And then I saw the flare roll in the wind. 

"Noo!" I Shouted and I ran forward to stop the boys from getting blown up in fire when the flare reached the oil. Looking up I saw on the walkway where the rooms were I saw Josh looking down on us, his eyes were completely white. "Josh?" I whispered almost liked he'd be able to hear me. 

Stiles looked over and frowned. "Lydia what are you looking at? Josh isn't there" he said and I frowned looking back up and saw he wasn't there. 

"I could have sworn..." I trailed off as the others looked between where I'd seen Josh and me. "Let's stay in the bus, I don't want any of you trying to kill yourselves again" 

-TIMESKIP-

"What the hell? Did you people stay here all night?" We heard coach ask first thing in the morning. Waking up and looking around I saw the others all waking up too. "And why's Stilinski boyfriend covered in blood?" I heard him ask and we looked over and saw Stiles and Kol cuddling on one of the seats. Huh. "You know what I don't want to know" and with that we were going back to Beacon Hills.

"Are you sure we should be doing this?" Asked Allison as we walked up the stairs towards Derek's loft. "I mean people besides Peter don't just come back to life"

"Unless they never died to begin with" I told her and she sighed as I moved my hand towards the lifts sliding door. "Derek" I shouted when I managed to open it and I looked over to see Derek in bed with Miss. Blake, who's suppose to be dating Josh. "Oh, well I'll leave you to it" I told them before walking out. 

"I can't believe that women" said Allison as she walked down the stairs. "My uncle isn't even gone 2 full days and she's already sleeping with someone else" she said and we continued in silence until we got back in the car. "Do you really believe my uncle could still be alive?"

"I saw him kill Kol, he was there" I told her firmly and she nodded. "Just wish I knew where to start looking" 

"Maybe we should focus on the alpha pack and the darach and then try find my uncle" Allison suggested and I nodded. "So the darach is targeting military, she only has one military left to sacrifice before she moves on to the next set of three" she said and I nodded slowly as I drive back home. "Lydia where are you going?" 

"Home" I told her and she nodded slowly like she didn't believe me but she stayed quiet. "Here we are" I Said eventually and when I looked outside we were near the preserve. "Call Stiles" I Said and she nodded pulling out her phone.

"So we look around for the body until we find it" Said Stiles nodding. "How hard could it be?"

"Easier now that I'm here I can already smell the blood" Said Kol as he strolled over. Scott frowned and sniffed the air and frowned even harder. "Such a waste of food" 

"Look Let's just start looking" I told the group and they nodded all following Kol who started walking. 5 minutes later we came across the body. "A deputy" I said sadly as I looked at the women. Kol moves forward to inspect the body and dipped his finger in the blood. Bringing it to his mouth I wrinkled my nose as he drank it. 

"Fresh, the thing will probably be near by unless it already fled" Said the vampire as he became on alert. It was so weird seeing him being helpful, "did I ever tell you all the good news?" He asked cheerfully after 30 seconds of being serious. "Jennifer got alcher things and left, it's brilliant" he cheered. "The cheating bitch has finally gone"

"Wait what?" Asked Stiles. "What do you mean by that?"

"Oh please I could smell it all over her she'd slept with that alpha prick Derek" said the vampire and I rolled my eyes when I heard something and so did Kol apparently because the next second he was gone. And then he appeared again dragging a body. "I did something" he said dropping the body of Kali at his feet. "One problem solved though" he cheered kicking the limp alpha. 

"Yeah your welcome" Said Josh coming out from somewhere. He held a hunting knife in his hand and was covered in blood and dirt and his clothes were destroyed. "Anyone feel like helping me bury or at least burning the body?"

"I'll do it"

"Great I need some pants, when torn ain't comfortable"
