Strapping Machines also known as Banding Machine or Bundling machine is widely used packaging machine in manufacturing units.
How does Strapping Machine Works ?
This Packing machine is the most easy and convenient to use, just place the carton box on the platform of the machine.
Wrap the PP Straps around the carton, and insert the Strap into the inlet. Rest heat sealing, enforcing and cutting of the strap is done by the machine.
Due to manual involvement in the machine this is also known as Semi Automatic Strapping Machine. These machines are used where the quantity of carton packing is not in very huge numbers.
On the other hand there is also Automatic Strapping Machine, in this machine you just have to place the the carton on the the platform of the machine and place the carton either in the center of the the arch or where you want the strap to be enforced.
With just a press of a button the the machine applies the strap on the carton box by enforcing, heat sealing and cutting the plastic strap, And reload the strap in the arch for next cycle.
These Banding Machine or Bundling Machine can be used as standalone or it can also be integrated with Carton Sealing Machine.
