*bella's POV* i'm so nervous for today, it's gonna be so awkward and i hate that. gabbie found out yesterday that jack follows me, and she obviously hates when me and jack have interaction.
speaking of interaction..
i unlock my phone and i open dms, i see jacks message and i finally open it.
jackaverymusic hi bella!
me hi?
jackaverymusic listen i know this is weird but i just want to get to know you
me but why? you know how gabbie is.

i roll my eyes and turn off my phone. "lets just get this lunch over with" i say to myself.

*gabbies POV* i finish my hair and walk to my closet, i need to impress jack and make him not even want to be friends with bella.
his attention needs to be on me. what does bella even have that i don't? i love her and all but jack is mine, and he will always be.
i pick out a pink crop top like sweater, pink shorts and a pink bow. i look at myself in the mirror and smile.
"jack is a lucky guy i say to myself"
i head downstairs and slip on my shoes, then i grab my keys and purse.
let's get this day over with.

*jacks POV* i wake up and turn over to my clock, gabbie says we are suppose to be at the place by 2, i rub my eyes and look at the time.
"shit!" i say to myself and i quickly get up from bed.
"what are you yelling for" corbyn says to me from the other side of the room."it's 2:30 and i'm suppose to be gone by now",
"for what?" corbyn says confused , "for lunch with gabbie and bella dumbass" i say putting on my shirt and jeans. corbyn shrugs and lays back down.
i run downstairs and quickly grab my keys , "i made breakfast " daniel says with a smile on his face, "it's 2:30 pm" i say putting my shoes on.
"oh" his smile fades, "well do you want some anyway?" he smiles again. "no" i say before opening the door and leaving.
"he's so rude ya know" daniel says to zach, "like we didn't know already" zach says rolling his eyes.

"table for three please" gabbie say , "ok!" the waiter says grabbing three menus and leads us to our table,
"where's jack?" i whispered to gabbie, "wouldn't you like to know" she says in a rude tone, "what's up with you?", "nothing much" she fake smiles at me .
we sit down at our table and wait for jack. "there he is" gabbie points at him walking towards the table, i can't lie he looks really good in person.
"hey girls" he sits down before giving gabbie a kiss, i sit there awkwardly and wait for the kiss the end, "hi jack" i say with a smile. he waves at me, "hi bella,"
gabbie looks at me with dark eyes, "stop" she mouths to me. i look at her in confusion , "what am i doing" i mouth to her, she turns away from me and looks at jack smiling.
"so jack how are you, i've missed you" gabbie says , "i've been good, tour was really crazy" he says. "i wish i could have came, but bella made me stay" gabbie laughs and looks over at me.
"i didn't make anyone stay, you could have went." i say to her with attitude in my voice.
"someone's upset" she laughs and looks over at jack again, but they didn't make eye contact, jack was looking at me.
we smile at each other, gabbie pulls his arm and makes him turn to her. jack rolls his eyes.
"gabbie stop," he says almost yelling. "i'm not doing anything babe," she says with a frown. i look over and see the waiter walking to our table.
"guys we have to order, quit it" i whisper to them. the waiter stops at our table and we all order our foods and drinks.
gabbie orders the same thing as jack and i order what i always get from here. "why do you order the most basic things" gabbie rolls her eyes at me, shes starting to piss me off.
all she wants to do is embarrass me in front of jack, i thought we were best friends.
jack turns to me, "how are you today?" he says with a smile, i blush. gabbie notices and rolls her eyes once again. "i'm good, thanks for asking!" i say to jack, he nods and turns to his phone.
gabbie looks up at me, "were leaving" she mouths to me, "no we aren't" i mouth back to her.
she gets up from the table, "i'm a little tired, i think i'm gonna leave" she says to me and jack. jack looks up at her, and he doesn't look happy. "really?" he says annoyed and stares her down.
"you're being a bitch, ya know?" he says clearly for most of the restaurant to hear
i gasp, and slouch in my chair. "oh my god" i say to myself.
gabbie starts crying, "jack we're so done! it's over!" she shouts and grabs her phone. she walks out of the restaurant, leaving everyone staring at me and jack.
he looks at me "i'm sorry bella" he says whispering a little. "it's fine i get up from my seat, we should go" i say to him.
we leave the restaurant and stand outside , i look at him, "why do you want to get to know me so much?" i ask.
"i can't answer that for you, maybe in the future , but not now" he says , i look down at the ground , "i'm gonna leave " i say , "okay" he says , the tone in his voice sounds sad.
i feel so bad.
"see ya later," he says waving to me, "bye," i say.
i walk to my car looking back at jack walking to his, i turn around and shake my head,
"i can't like him, i just can't,"
