Chapter XV: Hanging Out

Man I'm bored...i need something to do, i can always go on patrol...but the crime rate isn't as high as it is in any other month...besides...it is november, and I wouldn't expect any turkey thieves running around anytime soon.

Ahh what the hell, i guess I can swing around the forest for a bit, can't go too far out though, its pretty dangerous if I go too deep into the forest alone.

I decided to put on my brand new suit and swing around for a bit to ease my boredom..i left my room and headed down stairs and was about exit before benny slid in between me and the door.

"Hi benny..." I said waiting for her to kindly step aside.

"Hey there handsome~ where are you headed?" She asked tracing her finger over my chest.

"To swing around for a bit, Y'know, to get some cardio in.." I said simply.

"Y'know after all this time you've been here and you never hung out with either of us?" Benny said crossing her arms

"Whaaaat? That's not true...I've hung out with you guys before!" I said scratching my head causing Benny to raise an eyebrow.

"Really? Since when did you hang out with us besides the pool party and yesterday?" Benny asked.

She began eyeing me, waiting for me to come up with an excuse or a lie...

"I played Mortal Kombat with you that one time! And I watched horror movies with Jane! So yeah! I hung out with you guys before! Just not often that's all!" I said, she then looked up in thought and rolled her eyes..

"Fair enough..." Benny said sitting on the couch, I then joined her and gave her a sheepish smile..

"....Wanna play uno?" I asked as I pulled out some cards from my utility belt, yeah you heard that correctly.

"And before you ask...No, I didn't get these from my underwear, i have a utility belt." I said as I began scrambling the cards.

"But isn't having underwear on under all that fabric uncomfortable?" Benny asked.

"Yes, which is why I'm not wearing any....did I say that out loud?" I said looking around.

"Yes you did~" Benny said smirking.....T.M.I pete...T.M.I...

"Aaanyways, lets play some uno!" I said as I gave us ten cards each.

"Ok so we're doing colors and numbers, now say if I put out a red card, then you can put out a red card...as long as they are the same color then you can put it out, same thing goes for numbers, if the numbers match then you can put it out." I explained the rules hoping she understood.

"Okay, so what about the other cards?" She asked.

"The special cards? If it says wild then you put it out and change the color to whatever you want, If you see a card that has a plus two on it then the other player has to draw two cards from the deck, same thing goes for the plus four cards, but instead of drawing two you have to draw four." I explained again to which she nodded in understanding.

"As for the cards with the arrows on them, if you put that one out then the rotation changes, and the cards with the circle and the line going through it it's a skip card, meaning If I put that one out then I skip your turn." I explained again.

"So....are we clear?" I asked as I looked at my cards.

"Crystal!" Benny said with a thumbs up, but little did she know, i have one of the deadliest uno hands in queens....
