Short story #1 part 2

~Steven~

Every family in the town has two parents both from the different sexe and 3 kids each. Rose's family is formed of a hard working mother, a traveling father, an older sister, herself and her little sister Clody. For Steven, it's almost the same. Steven has a mother who loved her family and is okay with the housily work. Steven has an older brother named Jake and a younger sister named Lily. Unlike Rose, Steven loves his family and the part of his life he is facing today. He is popular, good in school and has a girlfriend, what else could he ask for. That day, Steven woke up early to start his week, he got ready, wearing a black shirt with stripes and brushed his hair back. He ate breakfast, having a nice conversation with his sister then leaving for school on his skateboard. Once at school, Steven ran into his friends, Layla and Mark who were joined by Iris, his girlfriend soon. 

"Hey, guys how was your..." He was interrupted by his girlfriend taking him away. 

"Oh hey, babe" He greeted her and they immediately started kissing. Steven didn't notice Rose arrive but once Iris left he went to greet them. 

"I thought you had more class than that" Layla told me once I walked over. 

"Lay off Layla, you don't know her like I do" I explain glaring at her. I see Rose rolling her eyes and looking away, weird. 

"Oh hey Rose, nice dress" I complimented her, she was wearing a nice flower pattern dress and it was blue, my favorite color. Once I said that I noticed her face started burning red, OMI is she okay? 

"T-thank you" She stuttered with a beet red face. 

"Huh, are you okay Rose? Your face is red" I asked with concern. 

"I'm fine Steven, I just need to get water" She explained running away, probably just hot. A few minutes later Layla left in Roses direction. 

"You're an idiot Steven," She says following her friend. 

"Huh, what does she mean?" I look at Mark and he shakes his head and leaves for class. What just happened?

~Lunch~

Lunch, finally I was so hungry. I got out of class at the bell and went to buy my lunch at the cafe. Today they were serving pasta and cheese, my favorite. I bought my lunch and went to sit at our table, I soon was joined by Iris, her friends, the jocks and finally: Layla, Mark, and Rose arrived. I really needed to ask them what they were talking about, I was about to speak to them when Iris caught my attention. 

"Stevypie can you open my water bottle?" She asked in her sweet voice. 

"Of course" I opened her bottle, really it wasn't that difficult.

"Oh Stevypie you are so strong," she said. 

"Actually-" She cut me off by kissing me, I kissed back obviously and we started making out. Maybe Layla was right about the PDA. 

~After school~ 

Darn, the day is already over, I wanted to show my teacher off again, I can't believe he did the calculation wrong. Anyway, time to go to soccer practice. I went to my locker got my gym clothes and was heading to the gym when I heard yelling, it sounded like Iris. Maybe she's in trouble?

"Why do you do this Iris, I've told you Steven is just my friend I don't like him like that" I heard Rose's voice, huh why is she talking about me?

"Shut it, he's mine you need to deal with it bitch" Iris yelled at her, wait she called her a bitch, maybe I heard wrong. 

"Plz I wasn't looking I swear" Rose pleaded, what is going on?

"Oh please, you so were" After that, I saw something horrible, Iris was punching Rose until she started to fall on the ground. Then my sweet Iris kicked her multiple times. What the fuck is going on?

"Face it, Rose, he would never love a piece of trash like you," Iris told her. Who are they talking about? Why is Iris punching Rose? What the hell is going on?

"You fat loser you should just die" Iris kicked her then ended with the heel of her shoe in Roses' eyes. Iris left and Rose started crying. 

"Why does she hate me? How can Steven love a girl like her? Am I really a piece of trash? He would never love me" She muttered to herself then left before I could do anything. 

"What just happened?" I asked no one, shit I'm late. 

~After practice~

Practice ended and I texted my mother telling her that I was going to Iris's house. I need to know what that was all about. I ran to Iris's house and saw her talking to Ben. 

"Why are you still with him?" Ben said walking close to Iris, huh are they talking about me?

"Ben I told you, he's the popular guy in the school, plus he loves me," She said wrapping herself in her arms. What is going on?

"I know but I love you, Iris, why do you date him, we could be happy together," Ben said, then he crashed his lips to Iris's at that moment I knocked at the door and burst in. 

"Steven" They were both shocked, I walked up to Ben and punched him. 

"What was that for?" He yelled.

"You just kissed my girlfriend" I yell, he just smirks. 

"S-Steven what are you doing here?" Iris asked me scared for what comes next. 

"I came to see why you were beating up Rose earlier and I came to see this, what the fuck is going on?" I yelled at them.

"You saw that?" Iris was now scared, I nodded. 

"How long?" I ask her. 

"Since we started dating" She looked down. 

"Since-Why?" I asked her, I was close to punching her. 

"You know what we are over" I yell at her, then slam the door and left her house. I can't believe that bitch, she was cheating on me. After leaving her house I went straight to Rose's house.

Okay, part 2 is done. Next up is the final part of the 3 part of this story.
