Oliver's POV:
"Take William and go!" I yelled sharply and angrily.
Felicity looked at me and quickly spat back, "We are not leaving you here to die! You have fought other people worse than him, you can stop him. If there is anything that I have learned from the past six years, is that you always find a way."I stared down at her beautiful baby blue eyes that were tearing up. I hated seeing her like this, like she was so broken that she would never be mended again. I especially hated that I was the one who was doing this to her.
I spoke calmly, "I don't think it's going to go my way this time. So the only way that I'm going to be okay, when they capture me, is the thought of you and William living your own lives. I will only survive this knowing that you two are happy out there in the world, because next to me, you aren't safe. If the other members of the team were here, it would be different, but they're not."
She looked deeply into my eyes, as if she were searching for something. She slowly said as a tear rolled down her face, "What do you want me to tell William? He already lost his mother he can't lose you too, I can't lose you too."
I brought my hand to her face to wipe the tear away. I said, "Tell him to stay strong, that I want him to live a good life, and that I will always love him."I bent down and kissed her. It was a slow sad, goodbye kiss. As I pulled away I whispered, "I love you, don't forget that."
I ran to the elevator of the bunker not looking back, I couldn't see Felicity's face, because if I did, I wouldn't have been able to walk away.

Felicity's POV:
I slowly opened my eyes and I felt around the bed for him, but there was no one there. I lifted my head up as my heart started racing. Did he go to go face off another group of vigilantes again? Did he die like he did in my dream??But Oliver walked in with a tray of food. He sat it down on the dresser and quickly came over to me, noticing the panic in my face. "Hey hey hey, everything's okay. I'm right here, cal-m." He said softly.
"We were climbing the mountain to go fight a vigilante mob. I slipped on a rock, but your hand caught me. I told you to let go, to let me die because I was just dead weight. But we ended up climbing all the way to the top. All of a sudden you were fighting against some vigilantes, but then the vigilantes beat you. You were gone, you died for real. I kept yelling for you to wake up, to come back to me, but you didn't." I said while streams of tears fell down my face.
Oliver said calmly, "Don't worry that's not going to happen, especially since I don't plan to climb any mountains anytime soon. Remember what I told you? I'm never going to leave you. And I won't let anything happen to us. Okay?"
I nodded. He said as he held out the tray to me, "I made you some breakfast in bed. It's your favorite, french toast with sausage and a cup of coffee."
I spoke with a smile, "Who are you?"He leaned down and gave me a slow, yet passionate kiss. As he pulled away he said, "I have to go and pick up William from Thea's and take him to school. Too bad I can't take a day off of being mayor, to spend it with my wonderful girlfriend."
I gave him a concerned look. I said, "Look Oliver this was fun, but you're William's only parent. You're the only person that William really has right now. You can't just dump him off at Thea's anytime you want to see me. I know we agreed that it was best for William if we put our relationship on hold for him to get used to everything. But I think you will only get closer to William if you spend more time with him and less time with me."
I choked back a sob.
Oliver started, "Fe-lic-ity. What are you trying to say?"
I looked away so I didn't have to look into his curious, longingly baby blue eyes.
I said, "I think it's best for William, if I'm not in his life. I know that if my dad ever came back for me, that's what I would have wanted; I would have wanted my dad's full attention. It doesn't have to be forever...just for a little while."Oliver pulled me close to him. His strong muscular arms engulfed me into a warm loving hug.
He pulled away and put his hands underneath my chin so that my eyes were back and looking into his.
When I made eye contact with him again, it was like I was looking into the galaxy, I could get lost in his passionately beautiful eyes.He brushed his hand across my cheek catching a tear that I hadn't noticed had fallen.
He spoke with such love in his voice he said, "Felicity, I would never, never want William to live a life without you. You are such an amazing person, and William deserves to get to know you too. I think William should get to know you more, he only knows you as my "night job" friend. I don't think that we should show William that we are romantically together yet. But don't think for a second that William's life would be better without you in it. You have changed me and made my life tremendously better. So if you impact William's life, even a fraction of how you've impacted mine. Then William will love you too."
He suddenly pulled my face closer to his and gave me a slow but passionate kiss. Once I realized what was happening, I kissed him back, deepening the kiss.
He slowly moved his lips from mine and dropped his hands. He looked deeply into my eyes and said, "If I don't stop myself now, then I'll be stuck here all day. I love you Felicity Megan Smoak."
I said, "I love you too Oliver Jonas Queen."
He gave me another sweet but more gentler kiss, he pulled away and smiled, noticing that our lips were substantially bruised from kissing. He quickly got up after noticing the clock and went to go get ready for the day.__________
