"Did you not think I would show up?", He chuckled as she walked out the front door of her friends house.
"No, I didn't", she giggled softly, he really liked her giggle, he like it so much it made him smile a laugh.

He was nervous, he never been around such beauty before, he didn't know how to act. All he could do is smile, then what his dad told him earlier in life shot through his brain. "Just be your self, they'll like it even more!".
So that's what he did, Hunter acted himself, he was loud, obnoxious and flirtatious with the most beautiful girl he had ever seen.
"So what's up?", he asked.
The thoughts of how he was going to finish the night were ridiculous, but he was determined. He really liked this girl. Alana. He always had a slight crush on her, ever since she gave him a playful kiss two years ago at a church event.
"Nothing, just...chillin in the room", she replied quickly. It kind of caught him off guard. He was surprised. It's almost as if...she wanted to talk to him...
"You look really nice tonight!", he said. Hoping it would make her blush, he was trying his hardest to make her like him. "Nice crop top!", he chuckled.

In his mind he was drooling over this girl, he barely spoke to his there friend, he left that to his sister, after all, he showed up to meet the future love of his life. Some one he didn't know he was going to fall deep in love with. Especially so fast, see, Hunter was a tortured soul. All his ex's would build him up, then proceed to tear him down, destroy his already broken ego. Destroy the name he worked so hard to build.... Who knew his upbringing would also be his destruction...

She giggled at his statement and smiled, she didn't say much and couldn't figure out why. He showed up just for her. He wanted her...he needed her... he was depressed. He needed love, to feel wanted. And, she did it. She made him feel something he hasn't felt in a long time. She made him feel special. Like a king. A king in a land of fools. And he wanted her to be his queen.

So after small banter, she stepped up. She got in his face. He was worried. He didn't know if he had bad breath. He was unprepared. He didn't expect her to want a kiss. He was in a zone where he didn't know what to do. The was new to him. He always knew what to do. He always planned the night out. But, it seems as if she took control. He was lost. He leaned in kissed her. His breathing slowed, is heartbeat stopped. He didn't hear anything. Time froze, this was really happening, he was kissing the girl of his dreams. And she didn't slap him.

He pulled away and kissed her again. She was into it, he was happy, he got more into it. He was happy. This night turned out to be a memory he would never forget....
