When I First Met You ((Kiribaku story))

Chapter 10: everyone knows

It's been about two weeks since we dyed my hair, and we've been keeping our relationship a secret. I wanted to show the world he's mine but at the same time I was shy to come out, only a few people knew that I was gay, no one knew bakugo and I were together. Not even Denki.

We were in the dorm room now, studying. But I couldn't stay focused. My eyes kept drifting to bakugo, Who was working on an English assignment. I could tell he was getting frustrated with something by the way he was holding the pencil, it was threatening to snap. I placed my hand on his hand and took the pencil out with my other. "You're going to break that. Why don't you take a break for a second." I said the exact same time he said, "what the hell shitty hair? I was using that"

His eyes widened a small bit. "I can tell you're getting frustrated. Instead of getting worked up about it just take a small break," I smiled, trying to help him. He shook his head, "tch, whatever." But I could see a small smile playing on his lips. He scooted his chair back and got up, and sat on the bed. He waited for a second looking at me then said, "aren't you coming over here hair for brains?" My heart skipped a beat, remembering what happened the last time him and I sat next to each other on that bed. I nodded a little nervously and got up, and sat next to him, leaning into his shoulder.

He slid his hand into mine and then murmured, "when can we tell?" Taken back, I looked up into his red eyes, "w-well..." I started off. "I don't want to do something you don't want to do but you know... I want to be able to hold your hand in public. Show people you're mine." His soft words startled me. He was never this soft, he usually cared about his pride too much, but maybe I was finally started to break down those walls and see the caring bakugo I always knew was in there. I looked up at him and smiled, "if you want to I'm okay with it, I was wondering the same thing myself to be honest, I just didn't know if you'd be comfortable with it plus... I've only told kaminari that I'm gay." I chuckled sheepishly, I know it sounded very unmanly.

"Fuck what they think. You're amazing no matter what they say." Bakugo said staring intensely at me. My jaw dropped a little, it was like a whole new bakugo I was speaking too. I smiled and got up, holding his hands, "let's go to the commons, not like you know, announce it but after a bit make it obvious." He gave me a rare smile and stood up, taking one of his hands away from mine but kept the other intertwined with mine, pull me to the door, "plus it's a good excuse to go down, I'm starving." He chuckled.

We headed down to the commons, hand in hand. I wasn't going to lie I was a littler nervous. I must have slowed down a little because bakugo starts pulling my arm harder, soon we were in the kitchen. I wasn't ready for a full meal yet so I was just going to get a little something to eat but bakugo had other plans. He had already had ingredients for spicy chicken out, and was already starting. I closed the cupboard that I had opened and chuckled to myself, i might as well eat whatever bakugo is cooking, by the look of it he's making enough for a whole herd of elephants.

~time skip~

After the meal, bakugo and I hung out in the commons, not really doing anything in particular. Some other students started to walk in and out, coming and going as they please. I eventually had to use the restroom so I got up and headed over to the mens bathroom. After I came out some of my other friends like Sero, Mina, Denki, todoroki and midoriya were there. I didn't see bakugo though.

I smiled and said, "hey guys!" They each said their hellos back and we started to chat about random things. We were all chuckling at something Denki had said and suddenly I felt arms wrap around my waist. I immediately recognized the strong arms of bakugo.  I could feel my face heat up and practically feel bakugo's intense stare burning into the others as their jaws dropped.

Denki was trying not to fan boy, sero just looked confused, todoroki raised and eyebrow and midoriya was smiling. Mina was... running down the hall? I looked after her in confusion, what was going on? The thought was pushed out of my mind when bakugo turned my chin and pressed his lips against mine.

Ah sorry for the short chapter, it's kinda of a filler for the next. I finally have some more ideas for this story, so you're gonna probably get more frequent updates on this story. Hope you enjoyed it!
