Elena now sat in her car staring at the mikaelsons house... Knew she was leaving the guy she loved behind her... But she didn't know any other way of getting over this miscarriage.... Over how she loved Elijah... In Elena's mind even at the earliest hours of the morning she was doing the right thing.. now starting up her car putting it in gear with one last look and a tears rolling down her cheeks she drove away..

Elijah woke to an empty bed he quickly put on his clothes and swished around the house to see if Elena was still there... Kol was now in front of him... "I'm sorry Elijah - she left early this morning -" Kol now put his hand on Elijah's shoulder... Elijah now looked down... "Thank you - it's not your fault -" Elijah now swished off to God knows where... Klaus came down having heard of their conversation.... "Let him go - he needs this time to be on his own -" Klaus now said.... "We let her in - and now she has broken his heart -" Rebekah now snapped... " Rebekah - we don't know what is going through Elijahs and Elena's mind - over the miscarriage - cut Elena some slack -" Klaus now defended Elena...

Three months has now passed Elijah has come to the conclusion that it would be better if he got over Elena even though she will always have a special place in his heart... "Elijah -" Rebekah now called out... Elijah now looked at his sister he knew what she was going to say as she has been saying it for the past three months... Move on Elena is never going to come back Elijah never wanted to believe it... But now he has lost all hope on that front... " Ok I know what your going to say to Rebekah - and I guess you are right - Elena is never going to come back - I should move on -" Elijah now said with a sadness in his voice... "I know it's going to be hard for you Elijah - as you really loved her - I guess she didn't love as much as you loved her - i am sorry for that Elijah -" Rebekah now could see that Elijah was close to tears now got and embraced him in a comforting hug.. Klaus and Kol now walked in and saw this... A few hours later sitting down at the dinner table.... Looking at his family just sitting there quitely. "I'm going to move on with my life as Elena isn't coming back -"

Six months now has passed and Elijah went out every night... And coming back with blood on his shirt every night.... Klaus now was worried he wanted to talk to Elijah when he came back that night.. "Klaus he is having fun - let him be -" Rebekah now said... "People are going missing - and Elijah is coming back with blood on his shirt - I'm worried about him - is that so bad?" Klaus now was right in front of Rebekah... " I can see your point Nik - what do you think he has his emotions off?" Rebekah now curious... " Yes - I think he does - I've never seen Elijah like this before - not even after titia or Katherine - but he is after Elena - and his baby -" Klaus now spoke just as Elijah swished in... "Elijah -" Klaus now called out... "Yes - Niklaus -" Elijah now bored... "This isn't you - I'm worried about you - how can we fix this?" Klaus now looked at Elijah.... "Fix this? Go back in time - to where Elena and I slept together - for us to have our baby together - for Elena not to leave -" Elijah now swished up to his room Klaus and Rebekah now sighed... " It's only going to get worse -" Klaus now said as he sat down now extremely concerned about Elijah

Nine months and a lot has changed
Elijah has his emotions back on...
Rebekah is now getting closer to Jeremy...
Klaus is looking for Elena without Elijah knowing...
Kol is now seeing Bonnie..

But the biggest change for Elijah he has now moved on from Elena..
