Chantelle pov Me and Olivia finally arrived back home after finishing our mission ,we park up the car swerving in front a minivan as we parked, the minivan skidded to a stop, and a young man with blond shabby hair jumped out . The new guy in town ,walked over to us, "musicians,Pawning a trumpet and a guitar?" He questioned walking over to us. "That's it"Olivia said, "You nailed" I followed, as we walked upstairs to our apartment.when we got up there we went into our shared wardrobe and changed out of our work clothes ,into something more natural. "Hey babe ready to go" I said to lem as I walked past him. Me, Olivia and lem walked into the small cafe and sat in Midnighters room. In the corner of my eye I saw the new guy talking to creek, walking towards us. "You're the non-musicians" he stated walking into the room pointing towards me and Olivia, we just glared at him. Something was off about this dude and I'm gonna find out ,I thought. "That's Olivia and Chantelle" I just looked at lem and smiled sweetly at him while he smirked back at me. "Lemuel Bridger" he introduced smiling. While Olivia got to up leave I just stared at guy that introduced himself as Manfred and said bye to liv as she walked away ,I stayed with Lemuel. Lem glances over Manfred shoulder at the 'sons of lucifer' and look to me with a worried glance. "Apologies" lem said , "For what?" Manfred questioned once again, lem grabbed his shoulders and pushed manfred face down on the table to leech of him once lem finished he didn't look to well. "you okay babe" I said worriedly, getting up rubbing lems shoulders "It's been a while since I've eaten" he told me as he glanced at me over his shoulder."I'm weak, and I was worried.They look like they could be trouble, so I leeched energy" .as he looked at Manfred. "Leeched? What are you exactly?" .Manfred asked. "Vampire's one word for it" .Lem replied."Seriously? Holy What the hell?" Manfred looked shocked. "I'm beginning to take offense.Frankly, I'm less frightening than those sons of Lucifer.Here,You'll feel better." As he Passed a drink to Manfred who drank it and started to look a little better "Told you." He said smugly, Manfred chuckled "What's so funny?" Lem said confused. "Usually I'm the freak in the room." I glared at him. "So, uh none of this neck thing?" Manfred looked nervous as he glanced towards me."Oh, that's always on the menu" I snickered and smirked at lem, finishing the rest of my drink.
