"And here we have a carbon molecule, which has four valance electrons. Now, can anyone tell me if the bond between a carbon and fluorine molecule is polar or non-polar?" My chemistry teacher says, eyeing the class to find his next victim.

"Ms.Kim!" My mind is anywhere else but the lesson at hand.

"Yes sir." All my daydreams fly out the door never to be seen again. I look over at Min, hoping she'll spot me the answer. My eyes dart back and forth between Min and my professor.

"Any day now." He lowers his glasses on his nose and rolls up his sleeves on his button up. The black polished shoes that hold his feet begin to tap against the waxed floors.

"Um, well y-you see if-" A loud ringing roars from the corner of the room. Not even putting my things in my unzipped bag, I rush out of the room with Min following close behind me. "Bye Mr.Mun! Have a good day!" And we're out.

"Dude, you should have seen the look on your face when he called you out!" Min pushes her glasses up farther on her nose and gives me a playful shove while we walk through the crowded hallway.

"Well, I would have been able to answer if someone, would've coughed up some answers." I grin and playfully push her back. Lunch is finally here and Min and I link arms and bebop our way to the mess hall.

"Why the grin all of a sudden?" Min turns her head to look at my everlasting smile I've had since this morning. I just can't seem to shake it.

"No reason." I look down and smile even wider, replaying the events of last night in my head.

"I-I love you."

"Awe come on! Tell meeeeee." Her hands ball up in my sleeve and start to pull my arm. "Pleaseeeee!" I can see the curiosity and hope in her doe eyes as she continues to pull harder on my arm.

"Okay okay, just, don't make a big deal out of it okay?" I say rubbing the back of my neck. I sound like I'm a middle school kid telling my best friend that my crush asked me to the spring dance or something. But, Min has a tendency to overreact and get all, you know, Min with everything.

I pull her underneath the stairs and I wait till the hall is cleared of all the drama and gossipers. Min's eyes keep getting bigger and bigger and her smile just spreads wider with every passing second I don't tell her. My eyes drift down to my fiddling fingers and fidgeting leg, trying to think of how to say this.

"Umm, well...you see..J-Jimin," I can hear Min's breath hitch at the mention of Jimin's name. "Jimin said he...he loved me..." Getting those last few words out took the breath out of me. But not as much as Min's bear hug squeezing every bit of air out of my lungs.

"Ara! That's amazing! For you and him. Honestly, we were all worried that he would never find anyone again after his last relationship. Man that took a tool on him." Something in her eyes becomes dull. "But now he has you! A-And you have him!" Her smile is so big, I'm afraid it might get stuck that way.

After she pulls back from our hug, I see something move out of the corner of my eye. A shadow? I'm probably just seeing things, besides, everyone's stuffing their face with food right now.
