We got down to the field and took seats in the royal tent type area which didn't have very many people in it or chairs. "Do our parents come to these matches?" "no, they don't, I think they have only been to like one in 5 years, they aren't around Eddie and I much" "aww I'm sorry" I said putting a hand on her shoulder "I've gotten used to it, I don't even know if it's really their fault though, you know because their running a country" "well at least you got used to that and you had Eddie right so that was good." "yeah it was." she says perking up with her smile returning to her face. and then the match was going to begin. I tried to pay attention but I had no clue what was going on so when Emmy would clap so would I and sometimes she would explain things and I would kind of get it. then the be t thing I know the match is over and Emmy and I walk closer to the field. "this is going to sound ignorant but who won?" "we won, don't feel bad I still don't really know what's going on while their playing either" "ok good too know " and then we see Eddie and Richard walking towards us with big smiles on their faces and Eddie gives me a big brotherly love hug as he does to Emmy also and Richard hugs me and kisses me on the cheek and then we start to walk back to the palace together and Richard grabs my hand as we walk. "you two played very well today" Emmy says "yes you did" I add "thank you girls" they say. Richard then whispers in my ear "did you have any idea as to what was going on?" "no not at all" Richard smiles and we kiss. We were walking into the palace and we saw the queen and Richard and I instantly let go of each others hands and moved away.
"How did you boys do?" she asked "we won the match, mother" Eddie said "oh good... Richard did you get hurt your lips are red?" She asked and Richard started to freak out so I stepped in because it was my lipstick on his face. "he hit his mouth and it started to swell." And Richard nodded his head. "oh, what did you hit it on?" "the end of the mallet, but I'm fine now" Richard said "oh good, well I have to go now" "good bye mother" Eddie says and we all walk up keeping straight faces until we got inside and shut the doors and then we burst out laughing. "jolly good save, miranda." Richard says hugging me. "yeah, she probably would have freaked out if she knew what actually happened." "speaking of which we should probably get it off you face" I say walking towards my room to get a makeup remover wipe. "wow wait a moment what is that?" Richard asks backing away "it gets rid of makeup" I say stepping closer. "and I can't just use water?" "no it would just smear it and make a sticky mess" "fine" he says sitting down so I can reach his face better and I wipe it off. "you may want to go wash your face off now." "is it going to eat my face?" "no, but you don't want the chemicals sitting on your face to long..." and then he ran to the bathroom, probably going to scrub his face off.
"Would anything actually happen to his face?" Eddie asks. "no, although some people claim it gives them acne." "oh ok, hey Richard, she said some people's faces get really irritated and they start to burn and get red splotchy spots" Eddie said joking around and then Richard runs out and we all start laughing. "oh very funny, very mature Eddie and Mandy, I hope your proud of your selves." "yes I am thanks for checking." I say walking towards him. "hahaha, very clever, very clever indeed." he said wrapping his arms around me, and then his parents walked in.
