Juliana pov
" Daddy please stop! " I begged as my daddy beat me with a whip
" Shut up you mistake! " he says hitting me harder
This time I fall to the ground. He goes into his room to drink and watch tv. I run downstairs quietly to see my mommy laying on the ground all bloody.
" Jules? " she says weakly
" Yeah mommy? " I ask
" Mommy is gonna leave for a little while okay? " she says
" But why" I ask
" Run as far as you can. Just get away from here. I love you sweetie. God is always with you. He will protect you" she says holding my hand
My mommy had a hole in her stomach and a round thing was there.
" I love you too mommy. God is with you too" I say back
" Yes baby god will protect us. " she says
" Now run" she says closing her eyes
I do as I am told and run out the door. I keep running until I can't run anymore. I dont know where I am. I go into a alley and sit down.
I start to cry. When will my mommy be back? Why was she all bloody? I bring my face to my knees and start crying. I'm all alone.
Then I hear someone open the door infront of me. 2 boys come out and see me crying and all wet because its raining. One with brown hair bends down to my height.
" Whats wrong Hun? " he asks
" I dont know where I am. " I say
" Matt bring her to the bus" the boy with the black hair says
" Here come with me sweetie" the brown haired one says.
He picks me up and we walk into his bus. Him and the other boy sit me on one side while they sit on the other.
" Okay so what exactly happened? " the black haired one asks
" Carter use kid words! " matt says hmm his name is carter
" Ok sweetie why are you crying? " carter asks
" My mommy was on the floor with a hole in her stomach and she told me to run far away from my house. " I say
" Oh really? Well how would you like it if you lived with me now? " matt asks
" Very much! " I say
Matts Pov
She just told me what happened and I'm shocked. Carter leans over to my ear.
" Dude I think her mom got shot! " he whispers so she cant here
This kid is so cute. I have to keep her. She really needs it.
" Oh really?Well how would you like it of you lived with me now? " I ask
" Very much" she says
She runs over to me and hugs me.
Well look at that…. I have a kid. (•ω•)
