Chapter 12: After the concert

After about an hour the boys came into the room laughing and cheering.

“I’m guessing it was a good concert then?” Sarah asked

“No it was completely awful! That is why we are laughing and cheering Sarah!” Louis said sarcastically

“Oh haha aren’t you a funny one then?” Sarah said sarcastically.

Sarah and Louis hugged which lead in to holding each others hand.

I asked the boys where they were staying for the night and they said they were staying at the Novotel in Sydney.

“That’s where we were going to stay in the first place!” Sarah exclaimed after she finally stopped shaking.

“Oh we can stay together then!” Niall said happily.

“Niall all of us are in different rooms anyway. We are just on the same floor.” Liam explained to Niall.

“Yeah I know Liam but that doesn’t mean Emma can come into my room does it?” Niall responded.

“Well no I guess not.” Liam replied.

I gave my mum a ring saying the boys were giving us a lift to the hotel and that I will meet her at the hotel and that I had something to ask her. She agreed and hung up.

Sam and Emily had to go back home to Newcastle so we all went outside back stage. We waited for Emily’s mum to call her saying she was there. As soon as Emily’s mum called we hugged her and Sam and waved goodbye to them as they walked out the front to get into Emily’s mum’s car. Niall, Louis, Harry, Zayn, Liam, Sarah and I all got in a black van which was an 8 seater. Paul wanted to drive as he thought it would have been safer with all of the fans and everything. We all agreed and got into the van. I sat in between Niall and Zayn which were sitting backwards. Sarah sat the opposite of me in between Louis and Liam. Harry sat in the front with Paul having to listen to him rant on about how dangerous conditions it was for the fans and everything.

As we drove out through the tall, red gates the fans started running after us and slapping on the doors. I felt a bit scared as I was and I still am today claustrophobic. I knew Niall was claustrophobic too so I wrapped my arms around his waist and snuggled up to him leaning my heat on his stomach. He put his hand around me and whispered in my ear.

“It’s okay babe.” He softly whispered.

I just closed my eyes and tried to imagine myself in an open spaced meadow running free with the horses and sheep. I ended up falling asleep and dreaming that I was in the meadow with the horses and the sheep. It felt so real until one of the sheep talked to me.

“Emma, Wakeup.” The sheep kept saying over and over again. “Emma we are here.”

That was when I realized it wasn’t the sheep in the dream talking to me at all. Someone was trying to wake me up.

I slowly opened my eyes to find Sarah shaking me. I slowly sat up and yawned. Niall got up and got off the van. I didn’t want to be left on the van by myself so I quickly got up and got out of the van bumping my head on the roof on the way.
