"Come on dude, don't chicken out on me now!" I laugh at Mason.

We're in the Locker room at our school to spend the night. Rumor has it that every Halloween Tom Pickens, a footballer who drowned in the showers roams the room searching for his bones that were never found.

Two minutes has pass and we didn't hear or see anything and we started to loose interest when the lights started to flicker on and off, as the wind howl outside and the sound of water echoes throughout the room.

"What was that?!" Mason scream before spitting up water. I run to help him but a football hit my head causing me to fall on something hard.

The locker room is completely dark and I had to use my phone but luck wasn't on my side because the batteries died. The water stop coming from Mason's mouth causing him to heave.

"Are you OK?" But he didn't answer as he stare behind me.

The hair on my nape stand on end as a cold boney finger touch my neck.

W-what's that?" I mouth to Mason but he was frozen in fear. My expression mirrored his because standing behind him was Tom in his jersey, pale with water dripping from his body.

Overcoming my fear, I kick the thing that tripped me which turn out to be a skull.

I got up and pull Mason to me.

   "I had a thought."

   "Oh no" Mason mumbled.

"I swear it's a good one this time!"

"Well what is it?" Mason ask his voice shaky with fross coming from his mouth as Tom approach.

"Run!" I whisper yelled. It took us a minute for the adrenaline to kick in but when we finally reach the door it slam shut locking us in.

"What do we do now?" Mason mutter in fear, I tried to answer but nothing came out.

"He killed me." A voice whispered in my ear.

Chills run down my spine when I saw Tom's deadly eyes.

  "He killed me." He repeated.

   "Who killed you?" I muttered

   "Coach."

Mason and I were both shock by the information.

"Find my body." He said to me.

I suddenly became brave and decided to make a deal.

"I will help but let Mason go."

"No, am not leaving you in here."

The doors flew open and Mason went through it then it slam shut.

"Am in here everyday and I don't see your body." I told Tom.

He won't let me leave because I killed him."

"You're the one who killed coach Hayes?" I said in shock.

   "Yes, now help me please.

I shiver as Tom pull me to the floor.

" It's in the ground!" I yelled pulling the lose boards.

Things started to move around. "He's here, I can leave, bury me please."

I end up outside with Tom's bones and Mason staring at me.

"Best Halloween ever!" I yelled causing Mason to laugh with a nod. "Cool let's go bury Tom."
