Nosebleed

Chapter 1: Devorse

When Kayla Little heard that her parents were getting devorsed she was devestated. She cried all week, she didn't want to see anyone and didn't go to school. Her best friend Matthew Slater was wondering why she didn't reply to his texts, so he gave her a visit. Her mother opened the door and started crying and gave him a big hug. She said ''Hey Matthew, I am so happy to see you. Kayla isn't feeling well and I think she will feel a lot better after seeing you, she is in her room.''

When he came in her room she wasn't there. He heard the sink running in the bathroom so he went to check. When he saw Kayla he was shocked, blood all over the sink. He asked her what happend which she replied to ''I don't know, go away now!'' Matthew said ''No i am not leaving you alone.'' Kayla looked at Matthew and gave him a hug, she was so happy to see him. ''Oh my god Matthew, I am so sorry i thought you were my dad.'' When they let go of each other Matthew was now also covered in blood. He asked her what happend. She took him to her room and told him everything about the devorse of her parents, Matthew felt really sorry for Kayla and asked her if there was anything he could help her with. She didn't answer his question and said ''I keep getting those annoying nosebleeds the whole week already. He asked her if she told her parents about it yet, she answered his question, ''enough about my parents.'' Matthew apologized. "I think it might be because i haven't gone out the house for a week." Matthew asked if she wanted to go for a walk with him.

As they are outside she felt a lot better and thanked Matthew for taking her for a walk, she asked if he wanted to take her to his house. He asked why, she answered with ''I don't want to go home yet.'' Matthew answered ''Of course we can, anything to make you feel better.

They went to his room and said ''Matthew, can I ask you a random question?'' Matthew answered, ''Yes of course you can.'' She asked her question: ''Are you in love with someone?'' Matthew got nervous and said, ''What, no of course not, if I was I would have told you right away.'' Kayla replied with ''Matthew don't lie to me, my brother saw you kissing that boy, what's his name again? Eric Snyder?'' Matthew denied, and said ''No, Eric is just a friend, your brother made the kiss up for sure." Kayla asked for his phone. Matthew gave his phone. She went through his texts and opened the chat with Eric. She said ''Matthew, I can not believe you are lying to me?!'' Matthew answered ''Kayla I am so sorry, I didn't want you to find out and i wanted to tell you everything... I just wasn't ready for it yet.'' Kayla looked at Matthew and said ''Matthew, you don't have to hide that you are gay, as your best friend i know more about you than anyone.'' Matthew answered to her ''Kayla, thank you so much for being my best friend, I love you.'' Kayla gave him a hug and asked him to bring her back to her house. When they arrived at her house her parents weren't there and her nose started bleeding again, they went to the bathroom and took care of her nose. Matthew said to Kayla ''It's late, I should go home, and you should get some sleep, your parents will come back for sure.'' Kayla said '' You are probably right, Matthew, thank you so much for being here for me, we will see each other tomorrow again, ok?'' Matthew answered ''Yes of course we will, see you tomorrow!"
