Yukari: it's so we can get used to movement under hard conditions so if you're in battle you'll have a better understanding and that way if you do battle someone you might actually win and not die!!....
Grandpa:thats basically it plus it will teach you to get better at activating your powers under pressure and through movement cause in a battle your enemy won't wait for you to activate your powers so this will teach you to do that quickly and while moving and this will be a great tean exercise for you all ok..
