Chapter 3(3)

At the same time of day, Yuki walked to the park since it was a beautiful day to go for a walk. The street was always busy during the weekdays and sometimes on Saturday. She was waiting for the cross light to turn green so the people could walk to the other side of the street. Yuki saw a crying baby and the child's mother was trying her best to cheer her baby but nothing worked. So Yuki walked over and ask to help her with the problem, she played peek-a-boo with the baby. The baby laughed and smiled then was clapping in happiness, the mother thanked her so many time. Yuki loved working with kids, she just smiled and nodded. The crosslight turned green when she was about to cross the street, a car was about to hit her. Before the car could hit her, someone pulled her back quickly and she fell into their arms. "Are you okay?" a voice asked her and the voice was someone she knew.

Yuki P.O.V

"Are you okay?" a voice asked me and I knew that voice very well. I had my eyes closed, I opened my eyes slowly and saw Liam. "Liam?!"  I was shocked in words since I didn't see him in months. He smiled while rubbed his nape, "Yup it's me."  I scram out of his arms and looked up to see him if he had changed. I was so glad that bumped into Liam, "I have so many things to tell you!" I cheered. Liam just followed me to go eat Korean bbq and I said that I would pay but he insisted paying for us. I let him pay for us since I always pay whenever I go out with friends. Liam spoke up and asked, "So what have you been up to since I was gone for a few months?" I started to feel my face turning red and burned up. He just smiled and knew that many things had happened. I grinned, "A lot of things happened. I went on a blind date with some friends and they left me. I met this really amazing guy at the date, he saved me from one of the dates who was stalking me. Then he asked me to hang out with him in this coffee shop, he saved me from a man once again. We were talking for a while and he took me to places I never been. At the end of that day, he told me that he loved me and kisses me softly." Liam giggled but he was really happy that I told him a lot of things. 

I founded myself smiling when he was giggling over there and I asked, "Anything special happened to you?" He smiled softly and looked at his glass of beer, "Something special did happen, I met this girl a few months ago. She's really nice, sweet, and loving. The next thing I know is that I had fallen madly in love with her. I told her the next month and she told me that she has fallen in love with me too. Just a few weeks ago, she told me a secret that I promise won't tell anything. She thought I would change my mind about staying with her and think that I would run away but I hugged her and told her that I loved her no matter what was the cost. She started to cry in my arms since most of the men, she dated just yelled at her and never returned to her. I was happy with her and I moved back here with her. That's why I came back." I was so happy for them to be together then we raised our glasses and cheered. That whole evening, we talked until it dark and we had to go home. I waved goodbye and he did too but lucky if I needed anything, he would be one call away or even a small drive away from me. I gave him a small hug then walked home in the dark.

I walked home in the dark, only some of the street lights were working. I heard someone footsteps following me but I thought it was someone just taking an evening walk. Then I heard it get closer and closer by the second like they were following me. So I started running until I couldn't hear their footsteps. I was out of breath when I reach the corner, I looked behind but there wasn't anyone there. I felt a chill down my spine of who it would be and just felt strangely cold. The person I thought was...

I had trouble with this part of the story since I want to add someone who is dating a vampire. The idea was from a friend helping me think about what should be. Thanks to her I got this chpater finished.
