In life there is a multitude of angry days, upset moments, assholes with mouths, and arbitrary things. The best way to find a platform to love each moment is to approach each negative moment with apathy of it's existence. There is an important way to, in layman's terms, not care about the negative moments and the method you use to not care about the negative moments are very contextual. The first way of finding apathy in the negative moments is to decide if this negative moment is under your control, can you fix what is causing this negative moment? If yes then you must apply the first method which is being challenged to fix or negate the cause of this negative moment; this method gives you a goal, a light at the end of the tunnel to follow so that this negativity does not consume or hurt you. The second scenario is that this negative feeling is caused by a unchangeable force that you cannot stop from causing said negative feelings. The method for this is very simple, you must find that since you cannot change it, then the healthiest option is to not care about the negative cause and to just find the silver lining or hiding joy in the situation.
