We spend a few more hours at the same pier.
We talk little, kiss more, but mostly pass the time with my arm over her shoulders and looking into each other's eyes or the sea.
Eventually we move back to the school. It's late night, yet we had little problem getting in. Makes me wonder how easy it would be to attack the place at night, if I were inclined to do it. However, the little hand in mine takes all my attention.
We're standing outside our room now. I can feel my girlfriend's nervousness, but also her determination. I open the door carefully, making almost no sound. However, I needn't had worried, Ruby's snoring high enough to wake the dead.
"Good thing I'm a sound sleeper" I whisper and Blake giggles. She then takes my hand and guides me to her bed. "Are you-" I'm interrupted by her pushing me down to the bed.
"Shhh! You'll wake them."
I raise an eyebrow, wondering if she and I are hearing the same sounds coming from Red, but refrain from protesting further after she gets on top of me and seals my lips with hers. She gets herself comfortable at my side and before I can think of anything to say or do, she's fast asleep.
Nothing to do but face the music, unwilling as I am of disturbing her rest.
