Days from home:unknown, maybe a month
Kill count:24
Mentality: Almost gone

So um, may have just killed someone. Don't be alarmed! It was all in good reason, they shouldn't have tried to hurt my dog and tried to break into my truck. Now he's lying on the floor with a cracked skull, I better get rid of him and this rock. Whoops!

————————————————————

So that happened. Don't worry I took care of him, him and the weapon are at the bottom of a river bed, slowly being pushed downstream. Well at least my kill count is an even number! That's not something to be proud of, is it now. Well then, shall we carry on then? Right where was I? Ah yes, running away!

Ugh I'm exhausted! And hungry...I'm always hungry. I'll find a place to stay before I find food so I can ditch this rust bucket. Ah look a hotel, how coincidental. I parked the car two blocks away, I better take the license plate off in case they're looking for it, I grabbed it in one hand and ripped it off, ahh the perks of having super strength. Right now I need to get rid of the evidence! Umm? Oh a bin! In ya go end off! I was never hear! "Come on Pumpkin, this way" I called for Aurum as i grabbed my bag out the truck.

God I'm starving. Now that I've checked in I'm gonna get me some food! "Okay Aurum I won't be long. You stay and guard, I'll bring you food back" I would bring her with me but they're looking for me, the report says they're looking for 'a young girl with brown and and owns a Rottweiler' walking around with Aurum in a normal day is sketchy enough. Right! Where is the foooood?!

Aha! Food! Small diners are the best cause nobody recognises you and people leave you alone (that's if there are people there). I opened the door, cue the little bell above the door, let's see: waitress behind the counter, sketchy guy in the corner (probably takes drugs), and truckers at the counter. Ah stereotypical diner day. I'm gonna sit in the very back corner! Let's goo! I don't know if you noticed but I get hyper and (more) annoying when I'm hungry, yay! I sat down and pulled my hood up a bit more so no one outside can see my face when I'm in here. "Can I get you anything hunny?" I looked up to the waitress, she was blonde with hazel eyes, she seems like such a genuine woman. "I'd like a coffee and a waffles with syrup" "okay sweetie" she walked off with her notepad and returned with a mug and a a pot of coffee. She put the mug down and poured the coffee "there you go hun. Food will here soon" "thanks"

The bell went off again. I looked up and there stood a man wearing a long black coat and is that an eyepatch? Badass. Is he looking at me? Please don't come this way! Oh god I'm gonna die! I'm dead! I'm dead! I'm dead! Oh god! Fuck! Fuck! Fuck! Fuck! Oh shit he's sitting down! Ah shit! I'm screwed! Well it's was short and a waste but it was still a life. He's just staring? What does he want? You know what I'm gonna say something, don't worry I'll be polite, I don't want to be murdered! If I want to die I'll do it myself! "Fuck off!" What? That's polite right? Right?

He laughed? He's laughing? Eh?! "If anyone asks I'm your stepfather" "oh cause that's believable" the waitress came over with my waffles (yay!), "do you know this man hun?" I looked at the stranger and saw the gun in his coat pocket, shit, "yes. He's my stepdad" "are you sure?" "Yes, I'm sure. He's war veteran" I whispered the last bit, I would like to point out that I'm a very convincing liar. "Oh okay" she turned to the stranger "thank you for your service sir! Would you like anything? It's half price for you sir" "thank you. I'd like a two strawberry milkshakes, with cream and cherries on top of one please?" She nodded her head and walked off. "What's with the two?" "One for you, one for me" "oh! I don't want it. I already have a drink" "you mean the coffee you finished?" Fuck! Foiled again! "Please by all means eat your food. It'll be the first proper meal you've had for while am I right?" I sent a vicious glare and started shovelling down my waffles.
