Luna: The Island

A frightful birth

Chapter 1
Laura is 20 and is getting her baby.
She is at a hospital delivering her baby girl.She is told to push and breath and so she does. Her baby starts to come into the world and it's gets harder for her to continue pushing. She must continue though for it to be over and have her child.
She starts to bleed a little bit at the end then finally her baby is born.
Her father must wait for her but can see the baby girl. He is told that his daughter Luara had a few moments of blood loss so it will take some time for her to feel conscious and healed.
So he has no choice but to continue his wait for his daughter to wake.
Moments later after he left Luara woke up screaming. "No! No! Stay away! Stay away," she shouted with the doctors hearing her trying to calm her.
"Ma'am Ma'am wake up your having a nightmare. Send her to sleep now before anything worse happens," said the doctor to another doctor. He gave her a shot and she started to calm down and rest back to sleep.
A day later at 4:30 p.m. she woke up with a doctor in her room. "You're awake that's a good sign. Would you like to see your father and child?" The doctor asked. "Not today. I don't feel like they should. Is this a dream, tell me please am I dreaming a nightmare," she asked to the doctor.
"No... Ma'am your awake. Do you feel like it has something to deal with a nightmare from last night?" He spoke.
" Depends... are you asking about my baby or my boyfriend's death and almost mine?" She asked him.
He answers with a mind of curiosity of the question in his mind. "About the baby?" He asked. She spoke yes.
The doctor said ok and let her call her father over.
The father of Luara is given a call over the doctor's phone from her daughter.
"Hi dad. How's my little baby girl Luna?" She spoke. "She's great hey is it ok if I could come to visit?" He spoke. She quickly asked the doctor if she's in good condition to leave the hospital. " Your in great condition." He said. She went back on the phone. "The doctor said I'm in great condition to leave the hospital could you come by and pick me up? I think throughout the time i was here my car probably got toed back home or away." She acknowledged her father.
"Its here and of course I'll come by I can't leave you there." He spoke.
"Thanks dad. I got to go my times up for the call." She said with the doctor telling her to hurry.
"Ok be there at six o'clock bye love you." He said with her quick goodbye over ther phone.
"Wait what time and date is?" She asked the doctor. He acknowledged her that it's 4:50 p:m on Sunday the 15th of April 2010. He also gave her information of her baby's birth date in case she lost her memory the day she gave birth to Luna. She thanks him. He exits to find and give her clothes back clean. "Here's your clothes?" He said. Luara thanked him for getting them for her and put them on. He told her that she didn't need to worry for the hospital bill cause her father paid for it all ready.
About almost 1 hours at 5:55 p.m. Laura's father came by to pick her up.
She finally got to hold her baby.
"You will have a great life. I will never let anything happen to you I promise." She said with her forehead against her baby's forehead. "Luna will be your name." Luara said naming her baby. The girls Luara and Luna touched each others soft hands.
Soon at 8:00 p.m. She slept with her baby.
