"Skylar.. we are going to.. CALIFORNIA!!" yells Lani. She's grabbing a few bags and is locking her house.
"AHH! WHAT PART?!" I scream "AND WHEN?!" I say jumping up and down.
"PACK NOW AND WE ARE GOING TO SANTA BARBARA!" Ricky yells. I jump up and down again and prop my phone up.
"We are gonna be there for two weeks Sky! Also, we are taking mine and Lani's car!" Harry says.
"Ok so I'm riding with James and Lani I assume?" I ask.
"Nope. Once we meet up at your house Ricky is moving over into Lani and James car." Galaxy says.
"Ok. I have to call someone real fast and let them know I'm going and I have to pack. See y'all soon." Everyone says bye and I immediately facetime Woods. He answers after one ring. I start running across the room and grabbing a bag.
"Sky?! Are you ok?" Woods asks worried.
"IM GOING TO CALIFORNIA FOR VACATION. I WAS JUST TOLD BY MY FRIENDS AND WE ARE GOING TO SANTA BARBARA!" I say really happy.
"OMG YASSS! WE CAN MEET EACH OTHER AND Maybe.. we could do some things COUGH wink wink COUGH " He says smirking. I roll my eyes.
"Maybe.. if you're good." I smile laughing. "Which bikini? Black and white or blue and gold?" I ask Woods.
"Both." he says quickly.
"Good choice Woody." I say still smiling. I hear the doorbell. I grab the essentials and my phone. "Alright. Ill text you tomorrow. LOVE YOU BES FRIEN!" I say laughing.
"LOVE YOU TOO!" and we both hang up. I walk downstairs and turn everything off. I walk out the door to see Ricky moving his stuff. Ricky hugs me and jumps into Lani's car. I jump into Harry's car.
*TWO DAYS LATER*
We are in California eating at chick-fil-la. I'm texting Woods when I look up and see him.
Sky: Look up!
Woods looked up and around and saw me. Woods smiled and ordered real fast. He was with Matt, Paul, Gunner and Tanner. They sit down in the same area as us in fact pretty much next to us. Woods and I keep looking at each other. I can tell Matt is trying to get him to get up and talk to me.
"Sky, you should go talk to that guy your staring at." James says smoothly.
"Why? I thought y'all were together?" Lani questions. We both say we broke up at the same time. We all are looking at each other when we hear a chair move. We all look over to see Woods standing up. He walks over to our table.
"Hi Sky." he says calmly.
"Hi Woody" I say back smiling. Everyone is shocked. I stand up and we hug each other. I feel.. comfortable in his arms.. like I'm supposed to be here. After about a minute we pull away. Woods' group comes over and we all meet and greet.
"Wait Skylar?" Matt asks.
"Yea?" I respond.
"Aren't you a youtuber?" he asks.
"Yea i am!" I reply happily. He nods his head up and down and looks at his phone. I notice after that Woods has put his arm across my shoulders.
"So, where are you all going to now?" Gunner asks.
"THE BEACH!" Harry says loudly. I smile knowing I'm wearing a bikini under this. I look over at Woods and he is looking me up and down.
"Oh cool! We were about to as well. We were gonna be meeting up with Amanda, Luna. Connor, and Pat." Tanner says smiling. Eventually we all end up deciding on going to the same beach. Because of how the ride was gonna be, I ended up riding with Woods and my stuff in his backseat because I was gonna be staying over at his house now.
"So, how are you liking Cali so far?" he questions with his hand on my leg.
"Meh, it's ok. I prefer Kentucky though." I say putting my hand on his hand. He reaches up and turns the radio on. He puts down the volume a little and moves his hand back to my leg. The radio then starts playing "Back to you" by Louis Tomlinson and Bebe Rexha.
"AND I CAN'T TAKE IT BUT I'LL KEEP COMING BACK TO YOU!" Woods and I both yell the last part as we are pulling up to the beach. We both get out of the car laughing. We start taking off our regular clothes showing our now swim suits.
*TWO HOURS LATER*
Everyone had pretty much left the beach. It was only me and Woods left. Amanda and Matt were just leaving as we finally decided we better get to Woods' house. On the car ride to his house we listened to the radio, made funny jokes, and really just talked about life. We got to Woods' house and as I was getting out of the car, I fell. Of course. I was laughing but Woods ran over and helped me. My knee was hurting and Woods could tell. He moved me slightly and shut the door. He opened the back door and got my bags out. He hoisted me up and over his shoulder and was carrying the two bags. He went over to the couch and set my bags down. Woods took me upstairs and put me on a bed. He left the room without saying anything. I pulled my phone out and scrolled through Facebook. About 5 minutes later he came back in the room.
'How's your knee Sky.?" he asked softly trying not to scare me. I put my phone down and looked at him.
"I've had worse yet I've also had better." I chuckle.
"Wanna fall asleep? Or binge watch stuff about conspiracy theories." I feel my eyes grow bigger when he asks that.
"CONSPIRACY THEORIES!" I say loudly smiling.
"You wanna get changed into something more comfortable first?" he asks quickly. I look down and notice I'm wearing my bikini top and jeans. I nod and he leaves the room for a minutes. He comes back upstairs with my bags.
"Shit, I forgot my pj's." I say louder than what I wanted to. Woods was in his bathroom and heard me.
"Here!" Woods throws one of his shirts and pairs of pj bottoms at me. He then closes the door again.
*10 MINUTES LATER*
Woods finally gets on the bed. We have been laughing and joking this whole time. He grabs his stuff and puts on Netflix. He goes to the documentary series about conspiracy theories. After a few minutes I lean my head on his shoulder. He moves his arm so it's around me. We both look at each other when..
