Chapter 1

"Look Tae I saved you a slice." The seven year old Jungkook said as he ran towards Taehyung with a slice of cake.

"Wah Kookie! TaeTae wuvs cake." Taehyung said in his cute voice.

"But Kookie where yosh?" Taehyung asked.

"Ah I already ate it while they were distributing the cake." Jungkook said while smiling his bunny smile.

Taehyung might be only three years old (a/n I love age gap. Fight me if you have any problem) but he was wise enough to see through Jungkook's lie.

"You know Kookie noona had said that eating much shweets causes catity. I don't want blackie teeth. Will you shay with me?"

Taehyung said whilst pouting which made Jungkook nod immediate. Cause his seven year old self wanted to the devour tasty treat too.

"Here let me feed you." Jungkook said and soon both of them feasted on the rarely given sweet treat.

This how the pair's lives goes on everyday. Little amount of food, somewhat tattered clothes, and a downgrade atmosphere of a bar/brothel. But even in these conditions the thing that kept them happy was their company together.

Kookie loves his little dosaeng and he does everything to keep him protected and happy. While for Taehyung his Hyung was his everything. He never got to know what motherly love feels like. But he just knows that the warmth his Hyung's embrace provides is the best feeling feeling in the world.

It's been a few years now, Jungkook was 12 and Taehyung was just turning 8. They've still been by each others side no matter what. But there was someone who was going to separate them.

A couple wanted to adopt Jungkook, but they both didn't want that. They were both currently laying down since it was bedtime.

Taehyung couldn't sleep, he was too worried. He tapped Jungkook's shoulder whispering "Hyungie..do you really have to go.."

"Yeah...I do but don't worry TaeTae, I promise I'll come back to you ok?" Jungkook gave him his best smile even though he was sad. In return Taehyung smiled back happily.

"I'll try and make them take you with me and we'll be together forever"

"Forever and ever?" Taehyung asked

Jungkook nodded "Forever and ever, I'll make sure to pick out a place to come get you ok. They must be so kind to adopt someone like me. So I'm sure they wouldn't mind taking you too" Jungkook said.

Taehyung yawned and nodded "mhmm ok, night night Kookie"

"Goodnight TaeTae" Jungkook said gave a popo on Taehyung's forehead as Taehyung calls it.
