Bunny was getting ready to go see Mrs. Nanny over at the park today with her husband who wanted to tell a story with her. Meanwhile, Beaver came in to say hi to him. "Hello, Bunny, ready to hear some tales?"
Bunny starts to shake. "I dunno, maybe.."
"You seem a little off, Bunny, are you sick or anything?" Beaver replies.
"I do feel a little off Beaver, I have been getting chills...and..um, stuff..."
"Let me feel your forehead, brother," he said.
Bunny's forehead was hot.
"Your head feels warm, Bunny, are you sure you are able to come with us?"
"I'll try and make it with Mrs. Nanny, and if I get sick, I can go home, Beaver," Bunny stated.
Beaver felt okay with this plan and they headed to the park. Mrs. Nanny sat next to her husband and the animals got in a circle and gathered round. Then her husband began to speak.
"Alright everyone, we are going to teach you where babies come from, even though you are all animals. First of all, being gay is okay, because love is love, and—"
Mrs. Nanny interrupted. "Emu says that if everyone continues to be gay, the whole human race would be extinct!"
"That is not true," he replies.
He then confessed that he used to be this way a long time ago before he and Mrs. Nanny were married. "So you admit that you were gay, oh, uhhmm...cough, cough, ugggghh!"
"BUNNY?!" Emu yells. "You okay, little man??"
"E-Emu.. my head, throat, and body is aching..."
"Bunny, you do not sound well enough to listen to the story with us...I am afraid you will have to be sent home," Mrs. Nanny said. But Bunny did not want to leave. Squirrel went and escorted him home. "I'll take care of Bunny for the rest of the day," he said. "That is very kind of you, Squirrel," said the husband. And so, they continue with the story, sadly, without Bunny or Squirrel.
