' I hate you Utkarsh ' Monika whispered to herself, frustration evident in her voice.

After so many days passed without seeing Utkarsh and now again she has to see him with Tina. This Tina and Utkarsh never miss a chance to piss her off. And what he was trying to show by going inside Tina's vanity? So shameful, can't even wait for the divorce! Doing mockery on her face in front of all the people. Jealousy was pumping in her blood that she wanted to break his head for daring to smile at her.

Monika was removing her makeup thinking about what shameful things they must be doing in the vanity when her director knocked on the door.

" Sir, please come "

" Monika, today I am throwing an Eid party. So you better don't go early today. " Kamal Khan said to her.
Which she was not expecting at all, after so much scolding on the set, he came personally to invite her.

" Oh! Thank you, sir, but I have to go early "

" Are you going to say no to me? " Kamal's stern voice made Monika reconsider her words, but then he laughed, easing the tension. " Don't worry, I'm just joking. But I insist, stay and enjoy with your crew after the shoot. It's a better way to adapt to the environment. Reading your lines alone in the vanity won't help. You have to take your dialogues lightly, don't be too harsh on yourself. "

" Yes, sir," Monika nodded, understanding his point.

" Good," Kamal said, satisfied with her response.

After Monika, Kamal invited Tina and Utkarsh to join the Eid party, but they had other plans and politely declined. Monika decided to attend the party, dressing up and applying a bit of makeup.

The set transformed into a lively clubbing scene as the party commenced. Kamal Khan approached Monika, welcoming her warmly, and they began chatting.

" Why are you standing alone? Come on. You look like you've never been happy in your life. Don't you ever smile? " Kamal asked, leading her to the other side of the dance floor.

Utkarsh overheard Kamal and recalled a night when Monika laughed in bed, a fleeting moment of perfection.

" Utkarsh," Tina called him.

He took one last glance at Monika before leaving with Tina.

" You're new, Monika, so you feel lonely. But once you get used to it, it'll be easier to adjust," Kamal said, starting a conversation.

" Yes, sir. "

" What is this 'Yes, sir, no, sir'? Say something else. "

" I... sir," she stammered, unsure of what to say.

" Okay, let's do this. Don't call me 'sir.' Just Kamal is fine," he said sweetly.

Not knowing how to express her comfort with formality, she simply smiled.

" Look, Monika, as a friend, I'm telling you. Many people don't like what they're doing. The simple solution for unwanted jobs or duties is acceptance. If you have no choice, why not try to like it instead of complaining all the time? " Kamal was trying to get her to open up about her struggles.
