Chapter One: Abby's Intro

Why are you an idiot." "Why are you so stupid?"

"Don't you know anything?"

"Even my dog can do better things than that!"

That's at least what they'd say about me.

Chapter 1:

It wasn't always like this. The bullying I mean. I was a smart student with everything right going on in my life. I had a happy family and awesome friends that can be a pain in the back sometimes but everything was going well until I met Blake Roberts.

He was actually a sweet person at one point and I kinda had a crush on him but, something happened and he changed into a bully but not to everyone. He only bullied me. I never understood why so I tried avoiding him but as he got meaner, so did the elementary-middle-high schoolers. I didn't want to show my face again. I would run to my room and shut myself out because I felt that I was alone. I felt that I had no supporters. I only wished that I could have changed one thing in my life. That one thing that has ruined everything for me. That one wish is...to not have any more feelings for him.

I'm glad to be an adult now. I'm free to do what I want to. Yet I at least have one special friend left from all this. Her name is Jessica though I prefer to call her Jessie. She has stuck by my side since everything that's happened to me. I'm grateful to have her with me. But there was another side of me that kept saying, "Don't trust her! She'll abandon you!" But I always try to ignore it and change the scenario so I don't have to worry. Too bad it's not that easy to change the past.

"Buzz!" I hear my phone alert me.

I open to see it's my best friend Jessie. I wonder what she has to say?

I read to see it was about a hike around the Mabel Mountains. Everyone else already decided on going so I was the last one to confirm.

Knowing me I don't accept an offer that easily but Jessie called me as soon as she saw me respond "No". I answer the call hoping for Jess not to yell at me but boy I was wrong.

"WHY WON'T YOU GO?" SHE YELLS

"I-" I try to talk but Jess isn't done yelling.

"YOU CAN'T SAY NO THIS TIME," she continues, "BECAUSE THIS TIME I HAVE MY SECRET WEAPON. UNLIMITED SNACKS!"

"No!?" I say. "Yes but only if you come." She replies.

"Only if you promise that I can have whatever I want!" I respond.

"I promise." And as soon as she responds, I shout, "It's a deal then!"

"Haha, you're such a glutton!" Jess responds then leaves the conversation.

"Let's see when the hike is," I say not happy with the results,

"TOMORROW?!!! JESSICA!!!"

Now what? I guess I should get packed for the hike. Oh, wait. I have work.

"What is with you and yelling in the morning?"I hear a voice from behind the door, It was my little brother Ben.

"What are you talking about?" I ask.

"You literally just yelled 'Jessica' really loud that we got an alert from one of our neighbours." He answers.

"Oh...wait! We don't have any nearby neighbours because we live in a rural area. You're just a lazy sleeper. You do know that everything doesn't revolve around you right?" I say hoping he would leave.

"I guess...for now." He says in his evil voice then quickly leaves.

Well, I guess I should get ready for work. I work at the best coffee place in the world called, Big Star's Cafe. Trust me, you will love our new drink called Uni latte. Made of wondrous colours but still has the flavour of that type of coffee.

"Talking about coffee is making me hungry." I say to myself, "Yawn, let's get ready and head to the kitchen." I tell myself as I walk to my closet, "Hmm, I wonder what I should eat for breakfast?"
