[Places open] Ara's story of mythological-ness because she's bored

Okay! This whole chapter is going to be an author's note, so just a heads up there. If you want to get on with the story, it'll start in the next one . . . hopefully.

I don't know how many of you remember that I was writing a story a while back, with actual people I knew from the interwebs in it. I was darn proud of that story too.

But fate, being what fate is, I lost my journal that I'd written the story into, because, that's the drawback of not having a digital copy of this. Also, now someone probably has it and is laughing at my terrible writing abilities. So now, I'm writing a new story, completely different from the other plot because I can't bring myself to rewrite it. This one is probably not going to be too serious business, but it may have its moments.

If you have the time to read through this and fill in the character form, it would be really appreciated. I know, it's very long, but that is simply because I want to be able to represent you as a believable fleshed out character.

Things to know before you fill out the huge form of doom:

* Modern Fantasy

* When filling out your name, please choose something other than what I know you by if possible. Though, it can be close of course. For instance, instead of Ara, I could be Arianna or something like that. It just helps me separate the actual you from the character you xD

* When filling out personality, please for every positive trait you mention, add one negative trait in order to make your character believable. For instance, I could say I have a sense of humour, but I'm as dumb as a post. xD Please, also do this for abilities (good at maths, bad at science.)

* When filling out race, you may want to be a vampire/avian/angel/demon/etc., which is fine, but there might be heaps of people who want to be the main sort of mythological creatures. So, in this case, obscurity is good. If you’re at a loss, here are some links if you want to find some lesser known mythological/fantastical creatures and races. * Being a mix of two races is fine, but it means that the powers from both will be pretty ‘diluted.’

* Not everything you put about yourself has to be accurate (I mean, it is a fantasy xD) so feel free to tell me you have red hair if you always wanted red hair, or exaggerate aspects of your personality or whatever you want. Please, just make sure you’re not becoming an over powered Mary Sue/Gary Stu ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mary_Sue ) character.

* My representations of your character isn’t a reflection of you as a real person. I might have to tweak certain things, or have you react in a certain way to progress the storyline. So, please, don’t get offended, but you can always capslocks rage at me if you want. xD

* I know this form is long and troublesome, but please, write as much as possible! Sorry, but the more I know, the more I can incorporate into your character . . .

Age: (Doesn’t have to be your real age)

Race/Species: (See above point)

Appearance: (Gender, hair, height, skin tone, eye colour, birth marks, scars, build, any other distinguishing features, etc.)

Wardrobe: (Do you dress like a goth? Does everything wear have to be designer? Or perhaps a certain colour, style? Maybe your wardrobe is solely hand-me-downs?)

Personality: (Positive/Negative)

Abilities/Powers: (Can you move things with your mind? Or are your powers less magical and involve 100% more karate? XD)

Skills: (Can you start a fire from scratch? Do you know how to fix a car’s engine?)

Likes: (Food, colour, shows, anything)

Dislikes: (Food, colour, shows, anything)

Hobbies: (If you had an hour to kill, what would you do?)

Habits/Idiosyncrasies: (Little quirks that make you who hair, like nail biting)

Weakness: (Fears, allergies, etc.)

Goals: (What do you want out of your future? What’s your dream job? Etc.)

What aspects of people do you like/hate: (Impatient people? Noisy people? Late people?)

Brief History: (:D)

If you had to fit your life into a suitcase, what would you bring with you?:

Anything else: (Do you speak in a certain way? How do you want to be portrayed? Or maybe just something you’d like me to take into account when writing your part ^^)
