Yemi Wilson

I tapped my heels nervously as I stood there waiting for my lawyer to show up. "Will you relax?" My sister held my hand smiling. The doors opened and in walked my ex husband and his girlfriend, accompanied by a female lawyer. He completely ignored me but Yolanda sent me a sly smirk. A couple weeks ago I was packing out my things at my new flat that I got for my daughters and I and found her thong crumpled up in the suitcase. Why did he choose her? Was it because she was smaller? I didn't ask to be formed like this, it just happened. I was always insecure about my body, some may say that I had one to die for but in my head, I was too heavy to love.

My daughters miss their dad a lot and I haven't told them the news about us splitting. "Where is he, Nina?" I asked, looking around. "Don't worry, he'll be here." Just then the doors opened and he walked in. He was so gorgeous. I've never been into men with long hair but this one was making my heart leap.

"All rise for the Honorable Regina George." We stood up and in walked a woman who sat down. "Sit. The defender please rise." I stood up and she looked at me. "What a beautiful young woman you are." She smiled. "Please start." Derek looked at me as I made why way to the stand. I was sworn in and then we began.

"Miss Yemi, how long have you and your ex husband been married?"

"We were married for six years."

"Did he treat you well?"

"Well he did up until the twins were born."

"Please tell us what happened when your daughters were born."

I swallowed hard. "I had some complications with the birth so they kept me in for a couple weeks just to make sure that everything was fine. My husband would only come to see the girls and ignore me completely. Like I was invisible."

"When did you get the hunch that he was being unfaithful to you?"

Bentley's lawyer stood up. "Objection, your honor."

The judge raised her hand. "Over ruled, continue."

"I noticed that they were being more close and affectionate with each other since the kids second birthday but I was blinded by love and thought nothing about it. I came home one afternoon from work and they were whispering about not telling me. I thought they were planning a surprise party for me." I felt so stupid right now.

Tears poured from my eyes thinking about it. "It's okay, miss Wilson." He smiled at me as I wiped my tears.

"When did you actually find out about this affair?" He asked.

"I found out a night when he was getting the girls ready for bed and I went into my room and his clothes held lipstick stains that wasn't mine and cheap perfume." People of the jury snickered. "I confronted him about it and he denied it."

"Do you have any proof of this ma'am?" The judge asked. I nod, taking my phone out and showed her the pictures. 

"The day of my birthday I came home to find them having sex on the couch. It was the day he asked for the divorce." I swallowed the lump in my throat.

"You ask for full custody, do you have a stable job?" The judge asked me. "Yes I do ma'am, I own my own wedding store, Blackbird Boutique." She nods.

"No further questions your honor." I got off the stand. It was their turn now. Yolanda made her way to the stand and took her oath.

"Please tell me your relationship with both Bentley and Yemi." The woman asked her

"Yemi was my best friend and Bentley is my boyfriend." She smiled.

"How long have you been with him?" She asked.

"We have been secretly going out since she was pregnant with the girls. I've always loved Bentley but she came along and took him away from me but like a good friend I stepped back."

"Did he tell you that he wasn't happy with Yemi?" 

"Oh yes, several times. She was always moody and she didn't pleasure him." I was pregnant, what the hell.

"Have you ever had sex with the children in the house?" My heart dropped, please...

"Yes several times but they were sleeping." My breathing stopped. He screwed the bitch with the kids in the house. I held my chest as the pain grew. 

Bentley looked embarrassed. Their lawyer was not doing a good job but when I looked at the woman, she and all looked shocked. 

"Miss Yemi, are you okay?" The judge asked me. I was probably a miss right now. "I-I'm fine."

"I think we should take recess." The lawyer hit the gavel before I jumped up and ran out. He fucked her with the kids in the house. How dare he?

"Yemi, I'm sor-" I turned to him, my heart beating wildly. "You disgust me, I can't believe you would do that with our daughters in the same house!" I cried but before he could say anything back to me, Derek held me to him. "We aren't allowed to talk to them until this is over." He glared at Bentley who gave him the same look.

"Bentley tell me why you chose to have the affair."

"I wasn't happy with her, when she was younger and smaller, I loved her but now she's..unattractive to me. I couldn't stand it and then I looked at Yolanda, everything she was, I wanted. I didn't want to break up the family but I had to or I'd suffer."

"But don't you think that you're suffering you ex wife and kids by betraying them?" Derek jumped in.

"Your honor!" The female sighed. "I'll allow it."

Derek smirked at them. "You left your wife for her best friend, someone who she trusted. Not only did you leave her but you mock her." Bentley looked confused.

"A couple of weeks ago my client was unpacking at her new residence and found your girlfriend's thong wrapped in it." I held the zip lock bag out. 

"Now any person can clearly see that this can't fit my client." 

I'm blushing now as men looked at my figure. 

"May I ask what size does your girlfriend wear?"

"Size 2."

"And it's a size two as well."

Bentley's lawyer looked defeated. "Do you really want your female children to grow up in a home where they think cheating on your spouse is fine? You want them to think that having someone go behind their back and hurt them is good? The more you tease and hurt the mother of your children is the more they think it's fine."

Derek made his way back to me. He really is good. Bentley sat their not a word came out of his mouth. "I think it's time for the jury to make their decision." The judge spoke as they got up and went to the back.

"Thank you so much, Derek." I whispered to him. All he did was shrug. "It's my job. At the time, Yolanda and Bentley was looking like shit. Nina winked at me. I couldn't thank her enough. Marcus has the kids, poor guy, he can't even handle Dante.

"We have made our decision." A woman stood up. "We rule in favor of Yemi Wilson to have full custody of the girls." I couldn't hold back the tears. "Congratulations." I thanked them and looked at Derek. "You really are the best." He smiled at me. Bentley stood up, rushing out the door with his tramp running after her. 

"You did it!" Nina hugged me. "Told you he was good." She slapped his back. "Thanks a lot."

I had my girls.
