Phil was going about his day, getting his full share of damage. He was about to ride a broken boat with the bottom replaced by clear flex tape into shark infested waters, but he noticed an angry looking fella with a red face and decided to help.
"That's a lot of damage," Phil sighed, putting down his chainsaw.
"WHaT dO YoU WanT, HoMo???!!!" the short, stubby and angry man spat at him. Phil looked at the man's arm. It was bleeding. Phil knew exactly what to do.
"Hold on, angry man! Let me show you the POWERS of flex tape!" Phil ran to his sad looking boat and grabbed the tape. He applied it to the man's arm.
"It's... it's completely d-dry..." the little red man whispered, almost crying.
"That's right, angry man. Not a drop of blood in sight."
